I am trying to override the following in my child theme /wp-content/themes/gloria/plugins/login-with-ajax/modal/widget_in.php. When I move it to /wp-content/themes/gloria-child/plugins/login-with-ajax/modal/widget_in.php and upload it break the login header as you can see here http://prntscr.com/i89k1b. How to I override this file without causing this issue? I have emailed you the login details. Thanks!

For some reason, it’s not loading the images, it seems like the sample data loaded fine, but nothing is in the media library…
It’s kind of bizarre because I bought the same template as before for another friend. The one before works fine, but this one is not loading the media, and the plugins are hard to install, I had to really try like five times. I wonder if it’s permissions (godaddy managed wordpress)?

Content is different for logged in user on /blog page. When user is NOT logged in this page does not show the most current content. Only shows current content when logged in. I sent you an email a few days ago. Please help with this issue.

Hi, I want to buy this theme but first I want to know few things.
In my previous experience wordpress themes for magazine create a lot of additional images (thumbnails) and this is bad because for few months I must by more space. So for 1000 posts I need more than 400MB All images are reduced below 50kb. What is the situation with this theme? I see that the this theme is very complex and I believe it creates a lot of extra pictures.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. The theme is optimized so it just generates 10 thumbnail sizes that supports for all modules. Each thumbnail size is just several kb.

I have an issue where the author pages with blog listings is not showing. I don’t know if it matters but I also can’t see anything after November 8 on the main blog page http://www.styledemocracy.com/blog/. I was talking with a few of the other authors and they aren’t able to see anything after this date either here.

How can I change the language of the widgets “BK: Widget Tabs” and other sidebar widgets. I checked the .pot files and the widget files but I could not find where to replace words such as “RECENT” “COMMENTS” and “POPULAR” from the sidebar widgets. Thank you.

Hi. The Widget BK Social Counters can’t access Facebook. I got the Access Token but if I put in my fb page name plus the access token, Facebook still links to the facebook page of envato. Twitter, Instagram and co are working. Just not Facebook. What is the problem here? And where do I find the php file for it? Thanks

1. Do you mean you want to fixed header? Yes, the theme supports this, you can enable the fixed header via theme option panel
2. The theme doesn’t support to turn off responsive design, we’ll consider to do this option in the future update

if i want to create 2 post type like 1) City 2) Airport
A) is it possible post type City have a criteria for review different from post type Airport ? like City will have 3 criteria rating : Safety, Clean, Public Transportation and Airport will have : Lounge, Customer Service, Luxury ?
is it possible for users to create a different review for each criteria i put on City / Airport post type ? like, if City have topic TOKYO, user who visit Tokyo page, will able to add different story and add different rating for criteria Safety, Clean, Public Transportation ?
C) If i have Topic/post call TOKYO on post type City, is it possible in that TOKYO page, i put lot of information and show all summary rating from all criteria i set (Safety, Clean, Public Transportation), and when i try to access one of criteria like Safety it will go to page that show all rating and review for Safety in Tokyo ?

Hi, when you change how the featured image needs to be shown in articles, it doesn’t update old posts. how can we apply changes to all posts instead of only new posts ?
