Hello, for some reason I cannot open most of your files. I can open about 3 of them in Adobe XD, for the rest I get error 115, and in Lunacy I cannot open any of your files. I’ve used 2 different unzip programs,and download it twice but nothing helped. Please Help! I need the files desperately. Thanks

Hello, Thanks for your reply. Error 115 in Adobe XD means download broken and in Lunacy I get Internal error. I download 3 times with different browsers, I Unzipped with 2 different programs and nothing helped. Some of them I can open, some of them I can. In the same time I am downloading other sketch files from my envato account which are working fine on both, lunacy and adobe xd. I cannot use Sketchapp because I use Windows. If it is as you say, i need the latest version of sketch than I have no problem waiting for Adobe to get this fixed. But I need to be sure this is the real issue. Can you please double check, can you please download on your end, and open in Sketchapp or Adobe or whatever you are using and please check the files on your end and comeback to me with an honest answer.Please do that. Opening a Sketch file 50.2 in Adobe XD wil only open a blank canvas,It will not give an error, Please double ckeck the files and comeback to me urgently Thanks

Hello, just to let you know that I verified the files in 3 different online sketch file viewers and none of them couldn’t open the files. Also the Envanto help team send me a direct link download of your files and also came with the same problems. Please review the files and comeback to me urgently, As I said before, I need the files, more than I need the refund, so please help out. Thanks

Just checked and it is not there. i just noticed that is also not in the documentation. But in your Item Details (https://themeforest.net/item/material-design-ui-kit-300-for-sketch/20823866) you do show the 30 screens for Dashboard & Statistics. And it is mentioned as category 5 Dashboard and Statistic..

Why would you advertise for something, and than not provide it in your download?
