I note that you have instructions for image and file optimisation, but what about the HTML5 videos served inside the theme? This is causing far more of a delay than anything else and I’ve already tried compressing it down (still @30MB).

Please make sure that the Self hosted Videos you are planning to use are properly optimized. Try using Miro Video Converter: http://www.mirovideoconverter.com/ or Handbrake: https://handbrake.fr/ to convert your Videos. These are really good & converts and optimizes videos to Smaller Size without degrading the quality.
Additionally, do make sure that the Videos are not too long, preferably within 12 to 30 Seconds. Do let us know if you are still facing issues.

Thanks again for your wonderful product. I am using the canvas slider on the following page. I’ve used code from your forums (data-height-lg, etc.) to force the correct resize of the height of the slider at each level, BUT for some reason, the “data-height-sm=”XXX”” value will never work. All the other settings do. Please help! Am I missing something?

Make sure that you always use .full-screen and .force-full-screen Classes together else there will be functionality issues.
