Is it possible to charge a deposit of the amount of the reservation to confirm the reservation? (I do not mean the security deposit).
If the answer is no, there is a way to charge a deposit (fixed or a% of the reservation). ? I mean that the site administrator charges a percentage of the total amount of the reservation and the remaining balance paid directly to the owner example
1- total of the amount 100 € 2- deposit fee 20 €(payment for admin) 3- balance 80 € (payment for the owner)

Hi! The following payment gateways are available in the Villagio theme without WooCommerce: PayPal, 2Checkout, Braintree, Stripe, Beanstream/Bambora. You would need to use the WooCommerce integration only if you want to add some other payment gateways. Either way, you can set up the deposit (fixed amount/percentage) in the plugin settings. The customers will be charged only the deposit on the checkout then. The booking details with the total sum and the paid deposit are sent to the customer by email.

There is available calendar of availability and search form to check availability at each page of accommodation like https://themes.getmotopress.com/villagio/accommodation/a-brand-new-villa-zorada-vacation-rental/ Additionally you can add search form of certain accommodation type to other pages and posts but not a calendar.
2. Yes, when a visitor performs a search there are displayed accommodation types that are available for indicated period.
3. Yes, Hotel Booking plugin (used in this theme) has been tested with WPML plugins – the most used solution to make multilingual site on WordPress.
4. Yes, Turkish Lira currency is available in Hotel Booking plugin settings.
5. I’m not sure I got this question properly but there is back-end general calendar that shows bookings, stay periods per each accommodation.
6. Yes, theme as well as plugin meets all SEO standards. You should configure SEO generally for WordPress CMS using plugins and our products will follow those configurations.
7. You can see available translations here. You can register and help to finish translation or edit it at your WordPress installation.

- WPML is used to to translate content, widgets and navigation menus. In order to translate plugin/theme into other language you will be able to use other solutions like Poedit or Loco Translate. You can see example of translated theme here https://themes.getmotopress.com/villagio/
- You can refer to WPML documentation on SEO compatibility.
- We’d recommend to use SEO plugins to configure Search Optimization on WordPress e.g. Yoast SEO plugin, etc.It will generate XML sitemap file for Google Websmaster Tool.
- Yes it is possible to remove ‘Children’ parameter and edit ‘Adults’ translation for ‘Persons’, etc. Our support team will help you with it.
- It is possible to modify navigation menu and you can test Villagio Theme by registering Live Demo #1.

let me point my view: when you see a property as possible guest on it, you need to be able to see all photos of the rented place and in demo you don’t show that. Also possible or similars properties should present a little bit small on the down part cuz it can be confused with the same property and visitors will be navigating on the site for long time.
Now the important part…. Will be buying the theme, it’s clean an has what we’re looking, I have some questions like : what about if you also has rentals of vehicles on villa, like 4 wheels, boats, etc. how do you charge it to the villa?
Do you believe in future add an option if villa is on sale? that one good idea…

Thank you for your feedback.
Though the template is optimized and light we do not show all possible images (galleries) on demo front page not to overload it with additional information. Thus it is fast and clean. However it is possible to display gallery instead of featured image easily.
If your guest is interested in some villa he can go to its page and view all the images, read additional information, view its availability, etc.
Additionally you can add other villas in sidebar of certain villa page so they will be able to see alternate versions of accommodation.
You can add rentals of vehicles on villa, like 4 wheels, boats, etc as Services. You can add different Services and tie different services to certain villa. Your guests will be able to select needed Service on the checkout page.
Could you also describe the feature ‘villa is on sale’, how is should work? We’d appreciate if you email some examples. Thank you.

Hotel Booking plugin has been tested with WPML plugins and it is recommended for translating its content. Thus we used WMPL solution on Villagio demo.
Unfortunately it has not been tested with Polylang so you can email to our support team for assistance.

1. If you mean back-end calendar so the days are marked automatically when certain accommodation is booked. Could you reply in our email what exactly calendar you mean? Thank you.
2. Direct Booking feature has been released recently. Please make sure you have updated Villagio theme and Hotel Booking plugin to latest versions. Then go to Accommodation>Settings and enable Direct Booking option.

Yes, sure it is possible to add unlimited mandatory Fees per accommodations via Bookings>Taxes and Fees.

If you need to add location of some accommodation type you can use third party plugin to embed GoogleMaps to its content part.
Can i change the (,) for a (.) to expres amount .. for example 1,500€ its not good it may be 1.500€

Yes, email templates are translatable. If the plugin is translated to your language you will get translations automatically. You can also do that via String Translations module provided by WPML. You can also email us if you need additional questions.

The plugin is being translated into Spanish language. As you can see there are 89% translated at the moment. I’ve just expoerted .po and .mo files and uploaded them to your server. Now available translations are applied and you can finish translation using third party plugins like Loco translate or Poedit.

As for the currency so it is not an issue and it can be simply changed via Hotel Booking plugin settings(Accommodation>Settings>Currency).

Yes, there is available booking synchronization between online channels that support iCal format. At the moment there are available following payment gateways: PayPal, 2Checkout, Stripe, Braintree abd Beanstream/Bambora. Also you can switch to other confirmation mode by email or by admin manually.
You can also integrate custom payment gateways but it requires advanced technical knowledge. As all our developers are involved in a workflow to release more priority features we can just add your request to our features list. We’ll keep it in mind and do our best to suggest some solution soon.

Thank you for your question. There is boxed layout in a theme only. Under fullwidth we meant page layouts without sidebars.
We have just released an update with Full width layout. So you may switch the theme from boxed to full-width via theme options in customizer.

At the moment you can use other payment gateways or define such confirmation mode like – confirmation by admin. Using this mode your guest will get email with payment details to confirm the reservation. You will track all transactions and change status of bookings manually.

Hi, I found your theme really interesting and well done. Nevertheless I would like to make some questions before purchasing: - Is it customizable in terms of colours, etc.? - When somebody is going to book, is it possible to add extra services? For example including a cleaning fee…or the option to add extra services when booking and paying straight away? i.e. I want to book 3 nights but I have the option to add breakfast for an extra cost. So the final payment will be the 3 nights + cleaning fee + optional breakfast. - Can you set up different prices depending on seasons, or even different daily prices? - Appart from this, I need to set up a page only for properties that are for sale and not for rent (similar to a estate agency). Si when creating a site for those properties listed for rent…can I have the profile without the booking tool?

2. There is used Hotel Booking plugin where it is possible to add Services (free/paid, per person/per whole accommodation and per day/once).
Also this plugin provides possibility to create different rates based on seasons. Feel free to watch our video guides
3. I guess you will be able to create some accommodation types making them unavailable not to appear in search results (without applying seasons/rates, etc) but list them at page using shortcode.
