You can see it your in pending tab. Also, when you submit a post, you can also see it. This is not a test site, is the demo theme that will be seen by all by all customers, so all submisions will be in padding.

2 things. theme looks nice. do you have a demo i can log into the back end? and how easy is it to display videos in posts that users submit? do the video auto resize from general embed code, ie: the below will display 640 wide but it seems your columns are around 290 wide. does the user need to adjust the embed codes for vimeo and utube, etc for it to fit or is that auto and the user can use general embed codes?

1. Sorry, no admin/backend demo ( for security reasons, public access to a WordPress administrator account is not quite safe ). There are plugins and scripts to give you the possibility to download the theme.
2. Quite simple, please login via demo with Twitter or Facebook and create a post, that’s the simplest way to see and understand how the submission form works. And yes, the videos / embeds will resize automatically.

re: user uploading vimeo vids, can they do that from the “post submission” page NOT the word press add new post page? do the vids auto resize with no problems?
As you can se from the demo, please test the demo, there is a textarea box where users can add the embed code, it doesn’t matter if it’s from Vimeo / Youtube / Facebook Video etc, will be displayed properly and will resize in the homepage.

I think the theme is amazing! But a “problem” for me is that when opening a post, this seems boxed, I mean, if I’d like to make a post or a page full-width (not only without sidebar, but like the frontpage… full-full width) it would fit my needs. Is that possible entering any custom CSS?

The theme doesn’t have that option, only with the sidebar, but your purchase would make more possible this option. If you purchase the theme, this option wilh the full with post (boxed) will be available in the next update, eventually next week, mostly will depend on your purchase.
Also, the full with post will be boxed too, but without the sidebar, so you’ll have a full with post. The front page is a complet full with page with a width of 100%, unfortunalty that will look very bad for the article page and default page ( full with ) and will not be productive at all.

Unfortunately there are no plans for a complete full width (100%) post page, a completely full with page I can add, is quite simple, but I can’t make the post page have that width.

Well, maybe I didn’t explain it right… The idea is to have a pages when I can build content with Visual Composer, without margins (like the frontpage). I I understand that maybe a post with that design wouldn’t be nice, but being able to create a page (or pages) without “boxed” design (no margins, like the homepage) would be perfect. I’m not sure if it’s possible to achieve this (discarting to be applied to posts).
As an example, would be the URL you mentioned in the last comment, understanting that the URL shows a page and not a post, and the design doesn’t have the “gray” background, full width means that the white area would fit all the width.

As I mentioned above, I can create a full width (100%) page, with white background in order to use VC or any page builder you wish, is quite simple, will be available in the next update, thank you.
That said, there aren’t any built-in custom modules expanding the Visual Composer plugin exclusive for this theme, so you’ll use the modules that comes by default with the plugin.

Unfortunately, this is a change you would have to make on your own as it is not an automatic feature of the theme and it needs a custom modification. This type of customization is a bit more complex and is not covered under theme support.

Go to your download page: https://themeforest.net/downloads and click the Download button and select “All files & documentation”, unzip the original zip and there you’ll find the /documentation folder, please read it for a properly configuration of the theme and plugins.

Or you can just paste the link of the Facebook post and have the WordPress editor in Visual mode, the same you do with Youtube & Vimeo, etc. I’ve tested it and it works. Thanks for your quickly answer, but I don’t talk about it. In a post you can decide put the link from Youtube and Vimeo, and on the Homepage in the thumbanials pins, you can read directly the video. There is nothing for Facebook

You can paste the embed in the Pinterest box and will be displayed like this: https://pasteboard.co/GDBpmjL.png to be honest, you ar the first customer to mention about Facebook embeds at the top.
The facebook embeds works in a different way, so if you make them 100%, will have an height of 1000px or 2000px, that’s why the facebook embeds are used in the WordPress posts and added via WordPress editor with the width size that comes from facebook, in order to be displayed like this https://pasteboard.co/GDuO6Yn.png
Anyway, in the next update, you’ll be able to display Facebook embeds in the homepage too, thank you.

POSSIBLE TO BLOG WHILE ALSO USING IT AS A PINTEREST KIND OF THEME?
I intend to use a theme like this to display ads of products and services from my city, and this is Ok. But I also want a blog section where I can write blogs about my city also from time to time and be able to share it also so I can use that to drive traffic. Is this possible? I havent seen where its written that it has a blog section. I have only seen that it CAN BE USED AS BLOG (To me this means I CAN’T use it as pinterest AND also have a blog section same time !!!!)

I intend to also advertise events if i buy this theme. It doesnt seem to have such option. So i want to know if I can use plugins like “The Events Calendar” and have it render custom pages eg: The Events Category page will display like “The Events Calendar” The events single page will display like “The Events Calendar”
Also it may become necessary to look into the idea of having different User Submitted Page for the Events Category

Pin is a personal blog themes that use the masonry style as Pinterest.
1. In order to have another blog, you can use a category only for that purpose or use a plugin, may require some custom work.
2. The theme has the options that can be seen in the demo, anything else will require custom work or plugins with the options you want.
3. We haven’t tested it with that plugin but I would assume it would work just fine. Though you might need to do some custom styling to make The Events Calendar elements fit in with the theme.
4. The submissions form is only for the blog posts, as per demo.

Thanks for purchasing my theme!
1. All the text from the theme was added to the .po file for easy translation. If you want to translate / change it manually, you can do that via header.php file.
2. The top menu (black), is the primary menu, so doesn’t make sense to disable it. As for the 2nd menu the category menu, the theme doesn’t have that option, added to the list for the next update, thank you. Until then the category menu can be disable with a small css line via Theme Options, submit a support ticket and I’ll be glad to help you.

Hi, can the front end user submit video to be shown on the home page with this theme, if so how does the user submit a video on the front end? can they upload directly through there own computer or do they need to upload to youtube first in order to get the url/embed code then paste that into submition?

The Youtube / Vimeo etc, video / SoundCloud, in order to be displayed in the homepage, the user will need to add the embed code as can be seen from the demo > Submission page.

I cant get my sidebar widget to be “fixed” im using Q2W3 Fixed Widget plugin, but my sidebar widget does not stay on screen while scrolling

Unfortunately, I have not tested the theme with that plugin, so I cannot guarantee that it is 100% compatible. At the moment the theme doesn’t have fixed sidebars, so adding that type of functionality is something up to you, if will be more interest on this we may add it in the future updates.
Just a tip, test the plugin with the default WordPress theme and see if it works and after that follow the same steps with my theme.
