I thought when you buy the theme it will look like the one in the sample. Is there a tutorial on how to make it like the sample? I’m not very techy kind of person.

Can you also tell where to change the “All” default category?
I don’t want to show all of the projects when loading for the first time. I changed the data-filter=”cat-completed” but it didn’t help.

There is no default category function in custom post type like projects. So, if you don’t want that “All” text list. Then simply you can hide it by using following CSS code.
“Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS”
.filter-buttons .brxy-menu > li:first-child {display: none;}

For the three projects in the homepage, I replaced ‘project-info’ with ‘project-picture’.

You can able to add images, that’s already possible in our theme and that layout. Video is not possible. Even from our live demo site pages we’ve not used it – because of it’s not supported.

Hello! Thanks for your help on the last issue! I’m afraid we’ve run into another one in which the theme is not functioning correctly. I’ve noticed that some of the changes I make are not saved, despite clicking “Update” and waiting for the update to complete. For example, on the main page of publicusco.com, we have four links that open into new tabs (creative branding, public relations, etc…). We want to turn that off so it opens in the same tab. I did this, clicked “Save Changes” on the widget, then Update on the WP Bakery UI, but it did not change; the toggle reverted back to “Yes” for opening in new tabs.

Hello! The theme was working well until recently; now we cannot edit pages with the page builder. It fails to finish loading the page builder. Do we have to extend support for a situation like this? Hello again! I followed the video’s instructions, but the editor still doesn’t work. There is a different set of errors now:

Wait, it started working, and that might have been a caching issue. I’ll update you after a few tests. The referrer error is still there, but I don’t think that’s related.

I can’t add a ticket on your support site because the drop-down shows no themes to choose from. So my question is:
When selecting any of the single project listing templates, other than ‘custom,’ most of the WPBakery/Visual Composer content is hidden (e.g. text). Is there a way to unhide this content or unrestrict it? That’s not a “feature” I was expecting.
The information I am presenting can be quite lengthy for any one project, and it would be great to have more than just a short description to go by.
e.g. if I use the Custom template, I can add a Brixey Container, Brixey Title, and Text, but it shows it as a dark gray background, parallax style, and cuts off the text as if there is a fixed height. And the text is centered, which is not ideal for lengthy paragraphs.
And if I use the standard WPBakery components, such as columns, rows, and text, it just flat out doesn’t show at all.

I hope you understand as a seller that we paid for your utmost service support. There is a big difference between providing answer to each ticket and just replying to a ticket and leaving the buyer no choice. If you ask me, I am not fairly satisfied how you handle my tickets, all are just .. ” ok I guess I have no choice ” I bough many themes here and some theme support go as far as giving me solutions and even sharing css codes and core files restructure to resolve my issue.
But yeah, I get it, not all support can be a great and satisfying, some are just wanting to be.

Hi – I am having issues with the theme being responsive.. my tickets are being closed without me given a chance to response. Rows in the theme are not responsive,responsive switch is activated; looks good in desktop, but elements overlapped or hidden on laptops and tablets, it should automatically resize accordingly.
