The checkout page on my website is displaying funny. It looks OK on mobile, but as soon as the width gets wider, it is stacking the Stripe credit card and all the information below the address fields is weird. You can see example here: https://museelingerie.com/checkout/ Please advise.

I already paid for extended support ( and didn't use it), now my support is expired, and I don't feel I should have to pay $50 to get a fix to this, as it became an issue when I installed the most recent theme update. Thank you.Hi @pkaleita,
I checked your Checkout page and it looks and works just fine. I can see the payment icons of the Stripe plugin getting over each other on smaller resolutions, but you need to know that has nothing to do with the theme. To fix the Stripe style issue you need to use a bit of custom CSS.

Hi GetBowtied, Will you guys release any updates for making shopkeeper compatible with Dokan anytime soon? I have an issue with the way shopkeeper enqueue icons and scripts. Dokan uses Select2 (the Jquery replacement for select boxes) and so does Shopkeeper and apparently there is a conflict in the Dokan Edit Product Page under Attributes -> Value(s). This Value(s) field works just like the Value(s) field in Woocommerce Product page under Variations but if I were to add product variations through Dokan Edit Product the Value(s) field doesn’t allow me, the field becomes a combobox instead of a Select2. If I remove the scripts from Shopkeeper functions.php file lines 302 & 398 then the Value(s) field in Dokan works fine but now the Shopkeeper search and cart icons don’t display on certain pages.
Is there anyway that Shopkeeper can enqueue these scripts on line 302 & 398 in the Shopkeeper functions.php file in a better way so that they wouldn’t cause any conflicts with Dokan? there is a Dokan theme called Marketica that handles this problem well. Perhaps you guys can look at this theme and see how to solve this little issue. Thanks

Hi Alexandra, Thanks for the update. I noticed that the new Shopkeeper version v2.4 has some major changes to the search and style. I did my own customization to the search and style in my ChildTheme. Can you please say what are the files that were changed in the new v2.4 so i can make adjustments in my ChildTheme to not loose my customisations.

I would like to replicate your current mega menu settings but unable to.
On your demo, under “The Shop”, “Shop-Pages” and “Product Types” are placed on a different row.

Can you consider adding an option of how long the “notification message” stays up before disappearing? I’m talking about the “Customize” -> “Shop” -> “Notification style message”. It disappears too quickly before the customer can read the notification message. I already had complaints. I know it can be set to classic non slide out style but i like the animated message more.

i am trying to add some images on the slider..but images are coming cut in half etc why isnt the plugin visual composer doing its work on its own ? what size of image for slider do we put in ? is there a way it does re size etc on its own ? give details.

Once you edit the Slider elements, you get these two option: https://www.screencast.com/t/XyeoE0Uih9Zs
So you can have a Full height image or a Custom height. If you upload a full screen image and choose the Custom height option, then the image will be cut. So you should also upload a smaller height image.

At the moment the only built in option is to show 3,4 and 5 portfolio items per row. You can use custom code tho to show 1 item or two. I can see the need for such a feature and I will submit a request to our developers to bear in mind this option for a future update.

Hi,
I am trying to use a element called product categories to display the categories on my homepage. I want to display five category in one row.
The problem I am facing is that the category thumbnail image is being cropped off in the homepage and and the whole image does not appear inside the box(rectangle). The images are working perfectly elsewhere as the hard crop has been unchecked.
It is working when I use the single image element ( size: thumbnail) to display the same image i.e the whole image is appearing inside the box (Square).
Could you please tell me how to fix it with category thumbnail image? Thanks

To get better looking images on the Product – Categories element, we’ve uploaded smaller size images so they won’t get cut or blurry.

The same thumbnail image fits well when “single image element (thumbnail)” is used but gets cut when Category-element is used. Why?
