Unfortunately, the Application field requires the url to begin with “HTTP://”. This is currently the way WP Job Manager has it set up.

At this time out of the box, there are no restrictions available for applying for jobs without registration. One option is that you can use the Resume Manager plugin to force users to create a Candidate profile in order to apply for a job.

Jobify is not meant to sell text, pdf, video, vector and audio files. It is only meant to be used as a Job Board where Candidates can look for jobs and apply for jobs. You can also allow Candidates to submit their Resume Profile.

It is possible to change the “Overview” text using the SayWhat plugin. Using the “jobify” domain, will allow you to edit it.

The simplest way would be using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin. This will allow you to manage the fields displayed on your Submission form.

The only way to do something like this is using the Resume Manager plugin. Forcing users to pay in order create a Resume profile and apply using their Profile.

Ok and is there option with woocommerce
Well using the WC Paid Listings plugin which uses WooCommerce, you can create packages to charge users to create a Resume profile. Just like you can charge users to submit a job, you can charge candidates to submit a candidate profile in order to apply.
The only other option would be to charge users using the Packages plugin. Charge them a fee to see certain widgets.

Hi! Is there possibility to restrict unique company names to only 1 user? Now anybody can create jobs with same company name and it goes under the same company page. Is there a way to check company name that it’s not used before and decline job submission if it’s used already, unless it’s the user who “owns” it? Many thanks!

There is no built-in restrictions to restrict unique company names to certain users. Since the Company field is a text field, users can fill it out with any Company name. Only after a user submits it, you can review their submission and approve or decline job posts based on the Company name user.

I cannot update your theme anymore. Always when I update listify the website is broken and only shows HTTP 500-Fehler. I did not update for some months. What to do??? When I check the logfiles of my server, the following theme-error is stated:

I’m having an issue with shortcodes on resume pages – shortcodes work on job pages but not on resume pages.
Is there an issue or have shortcodes been turned off for resume pages?

I got all the plugins needed for the extended jobify theme and every time I try to import the content it get stucked at 38/50 in content…I don´t know what else I can do…thanks…

Yes, there is a Dashboard for Employers to manage their jobs. With the Resume Manager plugin you can also create a Candidate Dashboard.

The previous one is a mix of links to our other themes. Not sure how you landed on that page, but since you are under the Jobify Subdomain, those links will not work.

Unfortunately, there is no Curriculum feature only Job and Resume submissions.
You can add custom fields for your Jobs or Resumes using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin. Although there is no filter customization feature.

This needs to be added by editing the Form you are using. If you are using Ninja Forms, this is a paid feature. An alternative option is using the Contact Form 7 plugin. It will include an upload file option.

hi there, I accidentally deleted a username but the jobs that were created by that user are still showing on the jobs page. How do I permanently delete the jobs? The jobs do not show in the backend anymore.

If you can access the individual Job Page, you can be able to click Edit page from the Admin bar. There it should take you to edit the job where you can delete the job.

Is there already a widget that comes with jobify that allows you to set up a scrolling effect on the homepage? like a hero slider or a widget that allows you to add shortcode for other widgets and have that slide. Jobify does not have a Slider widget, but you can integrate any Slider widget plugin. Any would be fine to use with Listify.
