1) @lamorris01 – if this theme is mailchimp compatible – YES! Feel free and use MailChimp for WordPress plugin or another with similar function.
2) I have no coding experience and wanted to know if anyone can set this theme up? Also, is the home page customizable (drag and drop)? – You and we are very lucky! Because Xtemos created for us amazing theme with Drag and Drop page builder. You can easily import any demos (did you see demo? – great job!). After import you can edit any blocks as you want – also there are high quality Video tutorials special for us – you can create anything without any skills of codding. Everything is very simple – just drag and drop, use very useful documentation (video or/and text) and turn on your imaginations for your business.
3) @xrisxal2000 – Hello. “something else pls… it has the option “Payment as a guest”?” – My answer is, YES. But is isn’t theme function, it is Woocommerce options – you can easily turn on this option from Woocommerce plugin.
4) “I cannot cancel an order via user’s admin panel? It’s important. Can user cancel the order…?” – Yes, you can Cancel any orders. This function is located in Woocommerce plugin, in Order section.

You don’t need any coding experience to use this theme. 1. By default, WooCommerce doesn’t have this functionality and it may be possible only with some of the additional plugins to achieve this.
2. Yes, your customers will be able to checkout as gusts.
3. Yes, you will be able to cancel orders as an administrator in your WordPress dashboard.

Unfortunately, it can’t be done with our catalog mode. This feature removes WooCommerce add to cart button hook. But this hook contains variations too so we can’t separate them. So, in this case, you will just need to hide your add to cart buttons with CSS so your customers will be able to see variations but will not add them to the cart.

There is no green color and the text on your screenshot. If you are talking about our categories menu, you can change its color in Theme Settings -> Header -> Categories. This text, as well as all other texts can be edited/translated with WordPress PO file translations. I have found a bug with Safari-Browsers I think.
Once you enter the checkout-page, the whole page scrolls down to the very bottom. This is pretty much annoying as one has to scroll up the page to continue checkout. This happens on your demos also.
I checked with Chrome and it’s all fine there. So, I assume it is on Safari only.
Any recommendation for quick-fix?
EDIT: I found this behavior seems to be a WooCommerce problem and happens due to to autofocus.
Here’s a quick-fix which I anyone suggest to put into functions.php of child theme:
