According to Envato Policy, the support period starts once you purchased the theme and ends in 6 months. After this period, you are still able to download updates but are not allowed to write on our support forum. You will need to extend this period to get support from us.

Thanks for the response! Started to work with it a little but I have poor knowledge for this platform. Would like to ask you something regarding headers.

1. Are all headers for demo content fixed? Because once i changed the design layout via theme settings, some appears weird. i.e. changing to the 1st design layout for base design creates 2 search bars, “My Account” is gone, etc. 2. How do we change the search bar style from the base theme to the style in fashion style? Asking as I would like to know how to change some of the layouts. 3. At the top bar, the left text and right text (social buttons) can be edited in theme settings. But how do I change or edit the newsletter, contact us and faqs tabs?

1. You can remove the extra search bar in Appearance -> Widgets or replace it with any other widget. My account links can be enabled/disabled in Theme Settings too.

2. Could you please provide screenshots how it looks now on your website and how do you want to make it look like?

Hi buddy, i explored deeper and tried to understand the concept and ideas behind the theme, thus managed to solved my own queries above. But at the same time, new queries popup along the way but are just some general questions. Hope you can help!

1. Using fashion demo as example. Header design is https://prnt.sc/hm4vcx and it’s showing this “login/register” design https://prnt.sc/hm4wev When i changed the header design to https://prnt.sc/hm4y52 , the “login/register” becomes an icon https://prnt.sc/hm4yka . Is this change dependable on header design or through settings? I’m unsure of where to find this option in settings as i might prefer the icon style with original header.

2. I’m going to use fashion demo. Can I create and set a new static home page, copy paste all the contents over from fashion demo home page? So that i can tweak it around without losing contents in the original page. This also allows me to do some back referencing if needed as I have zero knowledge on VC as of now. If doing so, will it affect the fashion demo theme settings/functions?

3. If i changed my demo version, what are the settings that I will lose/retain? Asking this because I changed top bar color in fashion demo, then changed to another demo version, then back to fashion demo and the top bar color goes back to the original color. So i think reactivating a demo will place everything back to it’s default settings?

4. Just a suggestion from my trial and error. For every demo, when user clicked on “Home” at top menu, it directs to “home base” page layout. Will be better if the home page in menu structure can be changed accordingly to the demo activated. Not sure if this can be done but will be good for some buyer who wants to use the theme immediately out of the box.

2. Yes, you can copy all the content and settings from our metabox options (like sidebar position, disable page title) and set it as your home page in Settings -> Reading to keep the original content for reference.

3. When you activate some other version you will get almost all settings set to default for that version.

4. Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, we didn’t find a solution for this yet. Default home version is added to the menu initially and we can’t edit it when activating other versions. So you just need to go to Appearance -> Menus and replace this link with your own.

So i suppose the solution for this is to backup and export my settings before changing demo version? Scenario : I export settings from demo A, changed to demo B and back to demo A again, import back the settings. Will demo A have back all the settings or will it have almost all settings set to default again as you mentioned?
