The WPBakery plugin is included in the Ken theme already, you don’t have to purchase anything else.
But please stay tuned until a new version of the theme is released, it will included the latest version of the plugin too, before that, you shouldn’t update the plugin because it’s not compatible with the current theme version.

Hello, I was just trying to edit my site and suddenly whenever I select “New Page” Visual Composer doesn’t work, the Backend Editor doesn’t work, only the classic. On the other hand, it works just fine when I create a post. I can’t even edit the existing pages I made on the site, I either toggle classic or I can’t access any part of it. I tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin but it still doesn’t work. I hope you can help me, and I didn’t renew my support yet and thought that I’d ask here because this is clearly an issue with the theme itself rather than a misuse on my end. Thank you.

You need to update WPBakery Visual Composer (Modified Version) very soon. It´s not working correctly. Problem occures up to V 5.1.1.
By editing text you can´t change H-tags via flyout in VC. See Screenshot: http://www.born-design.de/DL/vc-wp-bug.JPG

Instead of fixing your theme jupiter one after the other you have to take more care for the ken. There are a lot other users withe a theme of minor, but nervy bugs. You need to get your hands on. Waiting now for month on update. No good. Sorry.

Has “The Ken” been abandoned? There has not been an update for awhile. Currently, WooCommerce is not compatible. The “Visual Composer” is also out of date. Why can’t you just merge “The Ken” with Jupiter? They are both basically the same thing at this point.

Hi. I opened a ticket regarding one pager edge slider. Your member of stuff tells me that I can’t click on the Menu item to make the Edge Slider scroll to the anchor you want because it loads through the JS. Your demo “Freelancer” is a perfect example that you can scroll to edge slider page sections from the menu. At least it was because as from today I can see this demo broken like it’s not built with edge slider. What kind of games are you playing guys? Anyways, even if it’s one pager, no menu scrolling to the sections? Are you taking guys drugs? The bottom line is the freelancer is or was (I don’t know anymore) built with one pager edge slider and it has working menu scrolling to sections, so I would appreciate if you could tell me how to do it. Edge slider one-pager has even a section for this purpose. It’s called “Hash Data Attribute” . It’s just not working.

Each license just works for 1 domain only, if you want to use it on 2 domains, you will need to buy 2 licenses and so on.

I’m not sure what do you mean, but you can set the Permission for you author to use the Visual Composer on the Portfolio post too.
Moreover, if they don’t want to use the Visual Composer > The normal text will work without problem, no need to always use the Visual Composer editor on it.

I would like articles to look like your simple page. Left images with overlay, and right text.
The page has a simple structure, why use the visual composer. Who will update the site, just upload text and images and publish. Pages must always be the same in this case.
I understand the use of visul composer for complex pages, but not for basic pages. like that of the link.
I also believe that in the version of the visual composer you provided, you can not handle the permissions for the roles.

Is the a way to make the picture go under the text on mobile when using the page section feature that has half picture and half content. By default the picture is always on top, which is an issue when you have content on the right as this text then is on top of the picture on mobile.

You can duplicate the Page Section item > Set one item Visibility to Hidden on Phone (desktop version).
Then set the other one Visibility to Visible on Phone (mobile version) > Change the layout 1 one column and put the text item above the picture.

I bought the ken in February. Installed on dnoblemarketing.com and played around with it, but never published the site. Now I am having issues installing it on the same domain. I’ve only had this license for a little over 6 months. Do I have to buy another license, or can I just buy the support as I already paid for a license? I just want to use your photographer theme!
