I have installed a long time ago the Van Theme (like since 2016) but I never did an update of the Theme because there is no automatic update on Wordpress. (here is my website: www.booster2success.com)

I saw that the last update of the theme was July 2023, how can I get it? If I install it, is there any risk of bugs on my current pages?

I purchased theme provided by you and I like it a lot. Unfortunately I have an issue with it. After the activation of the theme, WP shows me this message: This theme requires the following plugin: Van Core. So my question is where exactly have to install the van-core? Can you write me please step by step? I tried to istall it in plugins but it didn’t worked.

I see that in the Docs is mentioned child theme but unfortunately I can not see it in the instalables. I see only van.zip and van-core.zip. May I ask you to help me too?

Hi,

I’d like my money back on this product as it’s not fit for purpose. It requires a plug in update to van 1.3 which is not available. I don’t believe this product shield be on sale any more.

I can’t upload my own logo onto the site which is a basic requirement.

2. I can’t Install the plugin Visual Composer because It apperas this message “The download was not successful. It’s not provided a valid URL ”.

Hello, we installed the theme and want to install the child theme. But there isnt a child zip in the files. there is a VAN and VAN-CORE file – but both are not child themes. Can you please check? thanks
