I realize you don’t provide support for this theme. However I have a simple issue that perhaps others are having which I hope you can resolve. After installing the demo content, I have a white space down the left hand side of the homepage slider. Any ideas on how to remove this so that the slider becomes full screen lie your demo version?

Ticket raised on you support website as well ! I Have installed your theme animo provided by Themeforest, there are some issues I am facing with this theme, demo theme is not imported properly. SLIDERS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY Map is not being shown after propery longitude and latitude enteries.

Good evening, I have tried to contact the support team, but they are not returning my emails. My purchase code number is: 615d2251-6e9d-4685-8edb-0be43558ebb8 Please, I have problems with Revolutionary Slider and the front page of the website, because there is a left white line along the site as you scroll down that is not supposed to be there (it’s on the left margin, a very thin narrow white space). On the other hand, WPBakery Page Builder isn’t working properly. When we add an item and preview it, nothing happens in the actual page. When we hit update, the element disappears completely in the backend. I have tried different devices and the responsiveness doesn’t work. Please I need a solution asap because I need to launch my web in a couple of days. This is very URGENT!!!

There is another issue. In the Hamburger Menu, when you press the button it doesn’t display the menu of the front page, but it gets you to another page with an instagram icon Quite strange

Hi, the front end Visual Composer does not work on this theme. Are you going to be updating the VC version soon?
Vc frontend is a bit slow hence we didn’t integrate it. If more people request, we’ll consider in future update.
