Hello Julia, I purchased the Church theme, somehow there is something wrong with the theme. Issue: unable to “update” a page. Steps: Login to word press, open an existing page, edit some content (e.g. enter text), click on “update” button, nothing happens, the theme doesn’t save the text changes. I have updated Wordpress, I updated all plugins, same issue. Would you please advice what the issue might be? thank you.

Julia, I created a new page ABC, then added 2 more pages and made them a sub-page of ABC, I added the menu and it worked. On the demo theme, there is a menu called “About”, it has 2 sub-menus. When the user clicks on “About” it doesn’t open a page, I want to do the same on my new menu ABC. When I click on ABC it opens the page, how do i accomplish this? Thanks

In case if you’ve specified Header Default 2 style, go to Layouts> Header Default 2> Edit> Layouts: Title and Breadcrumbs> Edit> and disable showing breadcrumbs in settings.

Before we buy it, we would like to ask if the color of the buttons/menus, etc. can be changed to something darker (e.g. light brown), this is because the way it’s showing these buttons have a very pale color. We recommend that you contact your web hosting service provider to make sure that your server PHP configuration limits are as follows:
- max_execution_time 600;
- memory_limit 128M;
- post_max_size 32M;
- upload_max_filesize 32M;
Setting these values will ensure you will not get error messages during the installation.

Hi, Is there a way to enable the Sidebar slideout section? I created a new page and can’t seem to find a way to enable it. It doesn’t appear on the page.
I already set the Layouts under : ThemeREX Addons Settings -> Theme Specific -> Caption for left/right sidebuttons & layout for left/right sidebuttons
Is there an option somewhere else that I need to set?

The theme is bundled with Woocommerce plugin. In order to have Stripe payment gateway on the site, you will need to install the addon for Woocommerce: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/. It is not included in the package by default.

Hello again… I needed to reinstall the theme. Now I’m getting a 503 error on activation. I’ve installed through wp and ftp. Same result. I re-downloaded the theme package and still the same result. I’ve called my host and they increased the size and tweaked the php… it’s all good on their end. Help me understand why this theme is giving me so much trouble!

I know this is going to be very simple… I’m obviously overlooking something but there is usually a “static front page” dropdown to choose from in customization. Where is this located to change the home page?
Also where are the sermon audio entries located? Do you guys have any documentation for guiding through how to customize this theme? Everything is so spread out between the customization and add-ons… very confusing.

It’s the audio file located on top of the rev slider as the latest sermon audio on the demo site. Where are these files located and how do i get it to appear the same way?

1. Is there peer to peer fundraising? Not the Ambassadors plugin because a donor should be able to fund raise for a cause / project and it should be easy via A) facebook login 
Everything pre populated C) Spread the word wizard
2. Are there automated emails going out to donors? Can they be customized?
3. Can the backers tab be hidden?
4. Can there be campaigns where goals are hidden?
5. Can the funds raised bar be hidden?

Hi, Visual Composer is not working properly. 1- You can’t add three and more columns in a row. When you add, it places columns vertically. 2- When you choose a video background for a row, you can’t add anything on that row like a text or button. Everything you try to add goes at the end of the row. So if I want a text and button with video background : I have just a video and a text and button under the video 3- Also, for our team part, I am trying to delete the links on the photos, so when you click on the photos they won’t send you to the post page of the team member. It is impossible either.
I would be really happy, if you can give a solution for these problems. Best,

2) If you already have domain name then you should also have WordPress installed on the server. After that theme archive is uploaded through WordPress admin panel and dummy data is installed using 1-click installation tool (in order to make your website looks like demo). That’s all: website is published.
3) There is no month fees, you pay once when purchasing the theme. 4) You are always have access to your ThemeForest account, where in Downloads section you are able to download your theme.
5) Theme has standard WordPress functionality, so sure, you are able to add as much pages as you want.
