Hi, when clicking on the login/register button from the demo, it displays a blank dropdown, rather than the prompt. Is that just due to it being disabled on the demo? Just want to ensure it’s not a compatibility issue with my web-browser.
My actual question is, if it’s possible to have the header and footer of this theme display as a full width? Much like what Theme Forest has with the footer.

As for changing the versions inside the xml-files – unfortunately it won’t work for you, the versions differ a lot.

The theme works great, the only issue I’ve had is when you go responsive to mobile and scroll through a thread, the option to quote, comment, etc. gets hidden to the right of the like button. You can click on it if you know to do that and it now has a drop down menu but no button to display that there is a ddl of option. I just told my users that it was there.

As far as I can understand you mean that ‘three-dots’ button with the dropdown menu. It’s vBulletin guys who decided to hide the actions inside the button’s dropdown menu. They had the UI problem placing all the actions on low width screens and chose this way. To tell you the truth it’s always quite difficult for a UI designer to place all the necessary buttons on mobile screens so usually it’s solved with things like dropdowns menus and all kind of sliders. Anyway if you have a better suggestion you can contact the vBulletin support so they may implement it into their forum CMS so we could use it too.
Trust me, I fully understand. I’m a .NET developer and I’m seen my fair share of client side constraints with responsiveness. I appreciate the info though, and I’ll see what I can do about getting it to vbulletin support. I might also look at it myself to see if I can implement a quick fix. Thanks for the info.
OK! As for me I would add a self-explanatory label. That would be the best way I think.

Could you please contact your hoster about the error? We’ve met an issue like that some time ago – it was caused by strict security server settings that prevented vBulletin from saving some css-rules.

Do i need anything else I mean I have hosting that accepts vbulletin do I need anything else than just buying your theme? How could be possible to put some custom ads in it? If a user subscribes to a thread he will constantly get notifications about new replies – via email or via the user notification system on the forum. There are different ways. As for your issues, it seems like you didn’t put the image folder into the right directory. Could you please double-check the icons paths?
in my vbulletin there are 2 “images” folders
one is in the “root”
and the other in the “root/core/” folder
I have loaded all the files of quarto in the root/images and not in the root/core/images

What Quarto version are you using? Did you try to update your theme copy to the latest version?
2. Unfortunately vBulletin 5 doesn’t have any additional css-markup for new posts inside thread pages and you can’t use some css-rules to change styling for new posts. So you’ll need a custom addon to add such functionality.

This theme is mainly just a styling of the default vB5 theme. So if it’s installed properly it’s not supposed to have any issues. Please double check you’are using the right theme version for you forum version and it’s installed properly. And as far as I can see you didn’t place the theme’s image folder into the right directory that’s why there aren’t any status images, button icons etc on your forum.

I just purchased this item and for some reason, the indicator icons for the forums (showing whether everything within is read or new items are there) have disappeared. When I switch back to the default theme they appear, so I think it has something to do with the coding?
Similarly the icons don’t show up on the navigation bar next to forums, groups, etc – it’s just empty space

Thank you for the purchase! Please double-check your placed the theme’s image files to the right directory. Due to the documentation –Upload the folder “quarto” to your web server using an FTP client. The folder must be placed to your forum root directory like yourforum.com/images/ or yoursite.com/forum/images/ (if your forum is in a subfolder).So your icon image file is supposed to be here –

Could I have the HTML/CSS/JS files?No, the theme doesn’t include any separate HTML/CSS/JS files. It’s a vBulletin theme – it has it’s own format and it’s stored n database via template system. But if you want you can use styles from the rendered html-pages in your non-forum project too.

You just seem to put the theme’s images into a wrong directory. Please double check the image paths. For Quarto you need to have the icon images here –/images/quarto/asphalt/css/sprite_icons_vb_ltr.png

First of all, thank you for you beautiful vBulletin theme, we appreciate it very much. We installed it at kawasakininjabrasil.com.br e we’re are facing some strange effect with member login. The login dialog is opened in a popup window in the center of the screen. After authenticated, the redirected page is open inside the popup login window, not closing it and redirecting user to the next real forum page.
This effect not occurred all the time and not with all our users. Could you send us some directions to find out a solution to this effect?
We have one more question: Is Quarto theme compatible with new version 5.3.3?

No, they didn’t as I know. I had this effect now this morning using Chrome. Just one time. I logout and the next one occurred as normal. I believe that could be a conflict with add-ons. We use DragonByte Advanced User Tagging and Nivo Slider. Please, give me some directions and I’ll debug it. The login frame is opened screen centralized, not like as a pull-down menu! Is it normal?

Since you’re using vBulletin 5.3.3 and the theme for 5.3.2, you may have issues because of some incompatibility. We’ve just uploaded the updated Quarto for vB 5.3.3. Please try to update the theme (you’re supposed to get an e-mail notification when it’s approved by Envato moderators). And please let us know if the update helped you to fix the issue.
