Hello we have an error when trying to update “SP Simple Portfolio” for the first time since installing the theme. Here is the error message:

If I buy a regular license, can I use it first in a prototype/developer environment (private server) and then in the producion (public) site? Both the installations will have the same content, but the 1st is for testing/developing while the 2nd is the production (public) site.

Hi again, Have you had any reports of certain iOS devices (both iMac and iPhone) that are not showing the logo for some reason? We cannot replicate the issue on any iOS devices we tested – but the client is experiencing across a number of iMac browsers (Chrome and Safari) and iPhone (Safari), a situation where the logo at the top of the website never appears no matter what they do. Have you experienced this? Do you have any recommendations?

From what we can tell, everything seems to be okay with the site, but we are not 100% sure yet. We will keep testing everything to see if any other errors occur.

Hello again, Just a quick question, is it possible to “collapse” sub-menu items for a Menu module set to position ‘right’? We want to have certain pages show a menu on the right position that starts at level 2 and then then end-level at “all”, but we want all levels after 2 to collapse. How can this be achieved for Desktop view? I couldn’t find it in the documentation. When we create a Menu module, and choose the start level 2 and the base item, the module on the front-end just shows a list of all menu items under the parent one after the other (and doesn’t collapse level 3 menu items into their level 2 parents) I hope this makes sense. Hi again, Thanks again for this great theme. Just noting that we’re getting an Error when trying to visit the 404 page or any non-existent page. Instead of seeing the 404 page you coded, we see the following error: Warning: require_once(/home/######/public_html/libraries/joomla/document/html/renderer/head.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/######/public_html/templates/charityplus/error.php on line 42

We have fixed this temporarily by commenting out line 42 from your error.php – and the normal 404 page comes back now.

But this is only a temporary solution. Do you have the correct/new code snippet that should replace line 42?

I tried up upgrade to 3.8.3 but I now get a totally “blank” (white) backend when I try to login.

I can see the Site, but I cannot see Administrator. Sometimes I can see the login, but now when it logs in I am only presented with blank/white.

I have purchased many templates/themes and done many Joomla installs and unfortunately this has never happened to me before in this way.

Can you please assist?

Do you have documentation describing how I can configure the “donate now” buttons and use them with my payment gateway plugin?

I cannot access the Unite Revolution Slider 2 extension from within Joomla for some reason.

I started developing the site on a Ubuntu LAMP VM running in VMWare Workstation 12 and then exported the .sql file and /var/www/html/ and uploaded it to my production server.

After I did this I noticed that cPanel was using a different directory structure: .../public_html so I had to go in and modify configuration.php to fix those issues.

That resolved those other issues, but I just recently noticed that I cannot access the controls for Unite Revolution Slider 2. It works fine on the front end, but I cannot access the back end for it. I am wondering if has something to do with moving it from my development server to the production server.

I need to change the background-color of the header and footer. I tried to change it in the Extensions>Template>Styles>Presets settings but the only changes that would take effect were the button colors. Any other color changes I made and saved would not take effect.

I spoke with on of the people from JoomShaper and he said that I have to override the preset and use custom css. I don’t have a problem doing that but I just need to know where I can enter that for the header and footer.
