With our theme, you can setup private for candidate contact, the company can’t view the candidate info. Only the admin can view the candidate info.
On our theme, we use plugin front-end pm to send private message between candidate and employer, if you don’t want this method, you can disable the plugin.
With the employer info, you can use the code to remove this field on the front-end where the candidate can’t see the employer info.

2. Yes, you also can do it with translate plugin.

1, 2: Yes, you can change the text string in the code, but we recommend using the plugin to do it, example the Loco Translate plugin can help you. It helps you keep the changed when updated the theme.
3. The drop-down user info will be lost when you use the custom link. But we can help you custom the code to show the login/ register link on the top bar to hold the link function. We need to check the source code again.

Then go to Dashboard/ Updates and check sometimes, it will show the updated version of our theme.
