Is there a way to demo wp-admin ? I’d like to see how speakers and agenda is managed.

We don’t offer access to the dashboard, but there’s still a possibility to see how everything works on the backend. For this purpose please see the screencast how the speakers are made – we created a Profile post-type: https://www.screencast.com/t/sbeaAkkjBvJ. And for the Events schedule we use the CMSMasters Events Schedule plugin with the Events Schedule Shortcode. Here is a screenshot from the Event Schedule back-end: https://www.screencast.com/t/fghgqzWag8e. Hope it will be helpful.

Besides please check this video demonstrating how easily shortcodes can be managed. It’s taken for another product from our portfolio, but general idea for In Conference theme is the same. We’d also kindly advise to check other videos under Features menu item to see other composer and overall theme options.

Sure, you can edit the schedule and add days in the Events Schedule Shortcode Settings. All phrases can be changed while editing the Events and Halls settings.

Hi, I have recently purchased the theme. I have added section id for one-page navigation and I created a menu with same URL (#id), but on clicking, the menu is not moving to a particular section. Is there any plugin need to install ???

The theme guarantees functionality with basic Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO plugins, while we cannot guarantee the theme correct work with all the extensions – in fact it is a usual practice. Though we can’t deny that such addons might work properly. Styling of the events will be preserved, but we don’t ensure that displaying of other extensions’ pages and elements will match theme design.

The matter is that we do not guarantee the third-party plugins compatibility with the theme, there are tons of different plugins available and we cannot ensure compatibility with the theme for all of them. Appreciate your understanding.

But you can add your tickets as WooCommerce products to your Events using the Products shortcodes.

do you use Custom Form Builder Tool with shortcodes like Visual Content Composer or do you safe the shortcodes in the Db so that i can change easiely to onther theme and dont´loose any content.

For the demo we used our own Visual Content Composer with a huge custom shortcode collection. Please check this video demonstrating how easily shortcodes can be managed. It’s taken for another product from our portfolio, but general idea for In Conference is the same. Our visual content composer allows to place any shortcode/section to any part of the content area. You can modify content according to your requirements, for instance, add elements of other pages to your home page.

As for switching to another theme – please note that we cannot guarantee the correct work of our Visual Content Composer with the third-party theme you can activate. Appreciate your understanding.

To create one page site please first of all add your content within Visual Content Composer and settle id titles to those sections, that you’d like to have “anchors”. And then use the title names in menu items in such format.

I need to translate InConference theme (Continue reading, latest widget…)

It will be rather easy to translate the theme as it comes with a .pot file. Basically, this is a list of all words and phrases that are present in the theme, and you will need to go through it and add translations for them. The phrases can be found in wp-content/themes/in-conference/framework/languages/in-conference.pot file – please create new .po and .mo files from this .pot file and place them exactly in the same folder (wp-content/themes/in-conference/framework/languages) – in such a way your translations will be added.

Theme documentation contains a rather detailed instruction on translating your website, quite sure it will be helpful (please open index.html file from the DOCs folder in any browser). Please note that the last WordPress version allows you to switch on the needed language using admin panel and so there is no need to modify wp-config file. After .mo and .po files are created, please make sure you’ve changed your WordPress language in Settings – General – Site Language.

2) To remove the navigation please add the following custom css code to Theme Settings – Elements – Custom codes tab:

Our Contact Form Builder plugin allows to get all information filled in the form fields to the specified email address set in the Contact Form shortcode settings. Functionality that you mentioned isn’t available, though you can use a third party plugin for this purpose, we just can’t recommend any at the moment as we haven’t implemented tests with them. I understand, but I need to know for sure, that data are collected somewhere. E-mail isn’t enough. If you have 50+ customers for event per week and you need to do some kind of reports, it’s very boring to copy + paste data from e-mail to excel. Do you have public demo where I can test plugins? Or can I do refund if the functionality won’t work? You know, I need insurance.

The matter is that you can add needed link to the Purchase button in the Pricing Table Shortcode settings. For instance, you can use the WooCommerce My Account page as registration page.

The theme uses Woocommerce plugin for the shop feature, so basically the theme’s e-commerce functionality is 100% powered by the plugin.

Hi, I really like your theme. I think it´s currently the best to find in the event/conference themes sector. I have a question regarding your responsive design. I just opened the live preview on my iPhone 6s and your site is not responsive. Do you know why? This option decides if I buy your template or not ;)

We’d kindly advise you to remove the frame, when you’re viewing the theme. After removing it, you will be redirected to our demo: http://in-conference.cmsmasters.net/. It sometimes happens, that the frame influences the theme displaying.
