We have purchased the vigil theme and requested a support login which supposedly sent a confirmation link to our email but didnt.
Also the theme demo content installed with low resolution images and the menu style appears to be bugged currently. Please advise

1) We have sent you the forum login details 1 hour before to this email id steve@lantec.org. Please have a look.
2) The original images are not included in the theme package since they are licensed images and hence we have used low resolution images. You can change those images to your own images.
3) Regarding the menu style, just set the menu location as shown in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/hqxlsu to fix the style.

We have used the original images in our demo site and there is google page speed shows that. Once you purchase, you can just optimize all of your images and you can use the cache plugins to improve the page speed and surely we will make an update for this issue.

While uploading the theme via WordPress, if the upload is unsuccessful with the error message ‘Are you sure you want to do this? Try Again’ it is likely that file upload limit is less than the theme’s file size. Kindly increase your file upload limit, alternatively upload the theme using FTP and then activate the theme through dashboard.
