You need membership at CJ and than export feed you configure there into price compare website. We highly recommend WP All import plugin for that.

Hi! Why is the customer support not helping out when asking questions and giving bad advice? I received following answer when I try to get a solution to the very bad layout and code functionalities on the site. I have not done any customization related to the issues I am referring to. Do you have any other support person to help out with this theme except Bane? It is unacceptable that you treat your customers this way and I want a refund as soon as possible!!

What does my rating have to do with THE PROBLEM of your theme? I was asking you to help me with category and tag functionalities on the blog that has never worked. The only answer I get is: it’s your problem. When the problem is the theme. Why are you not giving a solution? This should be solved paid or no paid customer service!!!

Plus I want my money back for this theme! I have given so much time and effort trying to build the site to realize that it’s a complete failure with no functioning blog. It’s very disappointing and you don’t even help to solve the issue. I have the right to do a reclamation. The theme DOES NOT WORK.

The theme is working just fine as can be seen on our demo site. Your installation has a completely different layout which has to be affected by something else either custom code or third-party plugin.
There is a simple solution to this, really. Delete every plugin along with the theme completely then upload and install the theme again and you’ll see that everything will be like in our demo.

You do not listen to what I say: it has been like this from the beginning. The simple solution of the blog functionality where there are NO customizations involved is not to reinstall the theme. In order to get a site like in the demo, you have to work with the theme to make it function like the demo. It is not possible to set up the theme like in the demo automatically. Or do do you have a zip file for that? Do you have examples where the theme is working? I mean working in real life, customers who actually use your theme except your perfectly made demo solution?

It is possible to set demo automatically, you don’t have to work with files. These things are very well explained in the documentation.
There is no point in this discussion when there is no possible chance that you can get anything different than it is represented in our demo when you have only theme and required plugins installed.

Every product has its identification number, though with wp all import you can set it yourself. That’s how we can know if few or more products are the same even though they can have different names etc.

1- “Visit Store Website” can be imported as part of WPAllImport different for each store product? I want that to be the link for product details in Store’s website, not in my website, nor Store’s homepage.
2- What happens if when import data that already exists, a product is not available anymore from a store?
3- When product is out of stock in a store, that line appears in the product page for comparing?
4- is it possible to introduce dropdown options using auto-complete for search bar?
5- wpallimport plugin is included in your site or has to be bought in separate?
6- I would like to introduce a freemium user system in the future. Would be possible to integrate user access using wordpress plugins (done by me)?

hi, I am using this theme for 1 year. I am happy with theme also. We have the option for review the product. But the issue is like if anybody has already reviewed one product. Then if somebody needs to review it again, Then We need to login for the review purpose. But unfortunately users doesn’t have the option for login and logout. So can you please help me out how to add login to our theme for the review process. NB: Please dont reply to use support forum. Because mine support forum has already expired.
