Documentation for 1.7 missing

Just bought and installed the PrestaShop Theme – https://themeforest.net/item/platinum-fashion-accessories-prestashop-theme/19208559

The initial theme installation was successful but error occurs when we trying to select to Use This Theme:

“Cannot install module xprtparrallaxblock. Unfortunately, the module did not return additional details.”

May I know what’s went wrong?

Why no support for the theme? Create several ticket but no respond!!!!

Why doesn’t have any respond on my tickets? How can I get support?

I have buy the template, but I don’t had any response from Xpert Idea support. The first ticket I had sent from one month ago

nice presentation of this theme , live preview is not working , i think the theme is same quality.

The issue gives problems with latest versions of prestashop, no updates and does not answer the technical service BEAUTIFUL THEME BUT AFTER WORKING MONTHS IT HAS STOPPED WORKING
