Hey, I’m trying to make the html-video function play sound but it is proving very difficult. If I remove the command ‘muted’ the video doesn’t play at all. I’ve looked in the jquery.revolution.js and found the code but getting stuck. Any suggestions?

hi when updating the theme, it’s impossible for me to update WP Bakery plugin. Do I need to desactivate/delete and then reinstall it via Theme/Install Plugins? Or do I need to buy/register directly to Bakery site? It’s not clear for me and not ok. Thanks for help. Emmanuel

Do you actually answer your support tickets or is that just there for show? The Theme has serious issues after the update on the 19th March. The theme “sample-data” H-Code.XML file has generated 15 gigabytes of server bandwidth usage in 24 hours since the update and you are not answering your tickets. This is worrying considering I have paid for the theme. Please answer your support tickets.

Results in some hundred kb for only one page. It decreases performance enormously and blows up my page without sense as just a very small percentage is needed for this template mentioned above.

My theme, which am using right now with wordpress, needs less than 50 kb css. Please, what’s wrong here?

Also your counter-and-skills template loads 14 css sheets! Plus many js files. So, if I like to implement a counter in one page of my website I need to load tons of css and js?? Impossible! A counter normally does not need more than 20 kb jquery and css.

How to apply your product more efficiently? Why all these good ratings with such a blown-up template collection???

I am writing you this because I tried to change the default logo that setup during the demo importation by my own one, but it is still displaying the demo one ( I find several place holders in the theme options where I specified my own logo, but there is no way I can make the default logo disappear.

The strange thing is that when I start to scroll down the page, the default logo from the demo is switched by my logo.

Please could you provide support so that my logo is shown from the moment the page is loaded, and not only when I start to scroll down.

Hi, I just purchased and activated your theme and when I started to edit content using Visual Composer, I noticed some of the buttons are not active (here is a snapshot: http://tinypic.com/r/nlpqao/9). I tried reinstalling the plugin but it doesn’t seem to fix the problem. Does it have something to do with permissions or the fact that the plugin is outdated?

Just one piece of Feedback: I think the documentation is very cool, however I would suggest for each section explanation to add some screenshots of what piece of the frontend they correspond to. This can help the user to better understand the different section and how to act on them.

Hi, I would like to know how/where to edit the template so that the dropdown menu doesn’t close when slowly moving the mouse cursor from the main menu/parent down towards the list items/children.

When you move the cursor rapidly, the menu stays open, but I don’t want visitors to have to move quickly. It’s bad usability. The dropdown should stay open regardless. (There must be an issue somewhere that the dropdown items are shown too far below for the parent item and thus the cursor moves out of the “designated area” for the dropdown to appear?)

Example: http://www.themezaa.com/html/h-code/index.php When you hover over “Portfolio” the dropdown menu appears, but when you move the cursor down towards, for example, “Masonry” the dropdown closes before you actually get to the link you want to click.

if I were to purchase this theme, will there be documentation on how to configure the eCommerce settings for it to work correctly? I know you have shop templates included but I imagine the eCommerce modules would need to be set up for it to correctly work… right?
