Hi, I’ve purchased the theme and I don’t see WP Bakery(visual composer) for customizing the page. Whenever I click the bakery hat icon on the top corner, it links to the visual composer website and seems like I have to purchase the plug-in. Doesn’t this theme come with the visual composer? It looks like the visual composer has very limited options, only controlling adding to the page not tweaking the actual page layout. Hope it makes sense.
You don’t have to purchase Visual Composer. Please use backend Visual Composer editor: http://prntscr.com/hven77 We deliberately gave less option on Front end VC editor as it hangs for many users due to low RAM or config.
I’ve looked through the theme and it seems that the product doesn’t really come with a full capacity of the VC, unlike the product description. Could I please get a refund?

Is it possible to change the colour of the text (fonts) in the hero slider? I was able to adjust all the other text colours but not the one in the hero slider. And is it possible to use different colours for the text in the hero slider? Thank you!

Pre-sale question: Can you clarify if it’s possible to post Vimeo links? I saw something in the comments about only YouTube being supported, but I know this is a creative portfolio theme…so hoping that’s not the case! Looking forward, and fingers-crossed.
Vimeo works fine in blog posts. But won’t work in hero (You can use YouTube here): http://themebubble.com/demo/adios/home-8/

Portfolio details doesn’t support video yet. But we will keep that on mind. It’s a nice feature. As for vimeo, we didn’t integrate with Vimeo embed with hero yet. May be in future updates.
oh no, i’m so sorry to hear that. i’m sure a lot of people’s portfolios consist of video. maybe i’m not understanding correctly though. even basic out of the box wordpress core themes support video. why is this different?
It supports video. Vimeo, too. But not in hero (big slider area). You can embed video elsewhere.

So after days and days of building the site, someone told us that it’s completely BROKEN on ipad/mobile…
Why is a premium theme like this completely broken on ipads/iphones and other mobile devices, even small laptops??
We didn’t get any such complain, ever. Around 820+ people using it. I just cheked from my anroid and iphone. Working fine.

Hi, your updates on Themeforest said that you added the ability to change the speed in the hero slider. However I do not see this new option anywhere, and I appear to have the latest version of the theme. Can you please provide specific directions for changing this? The legacy hero slider is unusable in its auto play.

Can you please list the official photo size I need for featured image in blog. The photos look so unprofessional, the feature photo never lines up right. Then when you actually click to read the blog only the top of the photo shows. I need the image size that will work for both displays of the same picture, please.
