I was checking your theme and everything seems perfect except cart and checkout pages. They are not responsive. Cart page is not responsive after “Apply Coupon” button (http://prntscr.com/hygdza) and checkout page is not at all responsive (http://prntscr.com/hygeaz). Please let me know if this is optional or this issue can’t be solved.

Yesterday and today I have attempted to get on the support site. When I registered I was unable to get on with the user/password combo and requested two times to have a new password sent to me. Nothing both times.

Hi, on our website we have mostly news set as Link Post. But I can’t set it that way, that the link from your “Blog posts” widget would link directly to the link. It links to the post itself – which we don’t want to. We’d like to link (some) posts to the external links. Is there a way to do that?

Another issue is excerpt length. I’d like to have custom excerpts but no matter what I do – they remain the same length.

Just installed Native, and started working. Backend is really slow, especially the customizer (in comparison to other themes I used so far also with backend WPBakery). Is there anything I can do to improve backend speed? I am already on the highest level with Hoster Siteground, and I am a bit in sorrow with that low speed despite only a bit demo content with the installation…

I’m building a website with your theme and I just ran into a problem. I’m using the default module of WPBakery Visual Composer called ‘Post Grid’ to display my posts. In my posts I use a lot of custom fields, of which some have to be displayed in the post grid. I’ve managed to accomplish almost all of my tasks, except one: I need to show the value of a custom field (the value is different in every post) instead of the default “Read more” read more text. I know I can change the text to a different one in Grid Builder, but it’s not what I need to achieve. Every button has to have a different text, which is written in the custom field input when creating that post. For the custom fields I’m using ACF plugin. Maybe you guys have any idea where can I find that button’s html code in page builders source code? At which file that line of code is sitting? Or maybe you could suggest another solution? Any help is appreciated!

I know my support has expired, but I found a serious bug with the mobile header.

Not sure if it’s only header style 1, but that’s what I’m using. I’m also using Chrome but haven’t tested on other browsers.

On a mobile device, go to any page other than the homepage. Slowly scroll down until the header changes to dark/transparent. The whole header starts to spas out. I can provide a recording if needed. I’m trying to build a website with your theme, and I ran into a small problem. In visual composer elements box I can’t seem to find any default elements (for example WP Search, Media Grid, Post Grid, etc). The one I’m looking for is “Post Grid”. I need to add my blog posts with a “load more” button, but without post grid I can’t accomplish this. How do I enable it? I tried to look into VisualComposer plugin, your theme’s plugin pack, theme files, but couldn’t find anything.
