Hi, I don’t tell you to pay extra fee. I just asked you to extend your support. This is not the bug of theme. This is your new request. You asked contact PHP file and I sent you several months ago. I hope you can understand that.
I don’t want to keep arguing about this. We never got the PHP file from you, either included in template download or in an email. Why would we ask for it if we had received it? Please forward us an email that shows you sent the PHP file and that we received it. Thank you.

The IE9 is very outdated so I recommend you to use IE10 or above or choose a different browser for better experience such as animation effects.
