In the meantime, you have issued update and my bug is still not fixed. I’ve be doing my website for the second year and I can not run it because the template has an error. Can you specifically write back – Are you going to fix this error and if so then when. Or should I give up with PointFinder theme. I am ashamed for you in front of my client. Are you understand this ?
People pay you for a year of support and later you have to wait for months to correct the error. In the meantime, support ends and you have to pay again – it’s unfair. I am not asking for an adjustment or a new function but for fixing the error. You have a great theme but the support and frequency of updates is tragic. You can see it in many comments, but it does not teach you anything. Even the most beautiful topic is worthless if it has poor support. I need 3 more licenses for new customers but I do not know if I dare to do them on PointFinder.

I understand you need support now but you have to extend your support period for this. I can’t help you on comments section. I am sure everybody will understand situation after check screenshots. I think you talking about another theme author.

Thanks for your reply. Our main concern is that we be able to use the theme for listing our own retailers and not as an open directory for end users to submit their own businesses. To that end we would need to disable or hide all of the front end tools for submissions.

Membership package configuration: When you select the option, Hidden package Frontend Visibility, it is not possible to see the package in the list in the backend configuration profile user. It is not possible to configure the hidden package for the user. It should be hidden only in front of the site.
