Included plugins will work fine, and you don’t need to activate them because all bundled plugins are included with extended license which cannot be given to end users according to Envato rules. That is because you need to import Rev sliders separately. They are located in xml export / revslider folder when you download theme with documentation from Theme Forest https://www.screencast.com/t/fAEiaqmX , so import them with Rev slider import option.

There is no way of adding new fonts to that list.
You could add some custom CSS for some particular element to use that font.

I just tested Hover Box element on my testing installation and it is working just fine, so this may be related to some plugin conflict or maybe outdated PHP version. You can check PHP version with some phpinfo plugin and make sure that it is set to version 7 or above as suggested by WordPress https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ . Also try disabling 3rd party plugins one by one and test every time in order to check if there is some plugin conflict, and in case that issue continues then please submit a ticket to our support at https://elated.ticksy.com and provide WordPress and FTP admin access in your ticket so they can investigate this further.

Hi, I have 2 problems:
1. Blog Extract of content only show in 3 entries (items), in rest entries show “Sed ut perspiciatis unde omnis iste natus error sit voluptatem accusantium doloremque lauatium, totam rem aperiam perspiciatis unde omnis. 1. Excerpt field needs to be enabled and edited most likely. Go to each post > Edit the post > on the top right click on “Screen Options” > check “Excerpt” > edit the Excerpt field https://www.screencast.com/t/cFlKgaZveO2. I love your gallery (with the slight white margin between images). Is there any way to get the gallery images to link to custom links? I would like to use a gallery on the home page, and have each image link to a specific page. Or do you know any other way to do this with your theme?

Hello, I was using this theme for client of mine… and I found a glitch. When I try to add single images in a portfolio item, the saving/loading of the Portfolio item takes a lot of time, and, after some research, I found out that it all bugs at the use of the function “awake_elated_url_exists” that is not present in the theme. Because of that, the entire thing takes around one minute for every image it needs to process.
Is there a tweak? To make it work I removed the lines that makes the use of that function.

Hi, my dev environment is on a private network. All I need to know is that the function awake_elated_url_exists is present in the template files or not. In the current pack I only find a call for it and not the function itself.

Ah, riight, I forgot to search the plugins directory.
I found the function and I tweaked it a bit, because it seems the combination of fputs followed by fread was taking forever on my server. I updated the test to only check for the result of the fputs function. And that fixes the thing. Probably it takes that much time because php needs to have a fclose on the file once you finished writing stuff in it. Or else seems to wait for that stuff to happen. At least on my server.

When will we be seeing an update released for this theme? It’s a cracking theme but updates do seem few and far between.

Theme updates are released when certain plugins updates are released, like WooCommerce, and theme update will cover that compatibility. Also, theme update will update bundled plugins to latest version. Theme update to update plugin will be released soon, but we can not tell you precisely since they are released by priority, from highest to lowest.
This shouldn’t be a problem since there are no issues with current bundled plugins’ version since they all work fine now.

First of all the theme is amazing! I’m looking forward to seeing how you all add features and improvements over time. I’m just wondering why some of the things like full-height columns in Visual Composer were removed. Do you all plan on adding that functionality back in by any chance?
