1. It is slider for portfolio items and it will list items from specified portfolio category or items IDs. Unfortunately you can’t set custom links, so links will lead to single portfolio pages.

2. This isn’t possible, sorry , but since Slider Revolution plugin is included with the theme you can crate custom slider with custom links or video background. You can see possibilities on this link https://revolution.themepunch.com/examples/
