Bootstrap V4 is just released, so yes our team will check it for compatibility with other used jQuery libraries and elements to make sure everything works fine. If any library compatibility is missing then need to wait for their update also. So in future we will surely check for V4 compatibility but unfortunately we cannot provide any ETA at the moment.

There is no filter feature in blog listing but you can try same classes in filter and portfolio item LI and you may need to write other custom css to make the list look as per your need.

Parallax will not work in mobile. Youtube video will not display in popup in mobile as per Magnific popup default behaviour to have full space for the video and it redirect to Youtube video url.
