Hi there, i am looking for a theme which can provide those below mentioned features.
What I need is:
1. Owner of the property can list his room/house for the rental purpose.
2. Owner of the property has to pay some amount to list his listing on the website.
3. House/Room finder can check all the listings for free and see the contact detail of the owner so that he can contact the owner.

No, one license you only can use for one domain, sorry because your question is not clearly. Thank you!
He already answered 2 questions. There are pages in which one can post your notice and for this notice to be on top if paid, in this theme can you do that? the users that publish that do not pay will not be in the upper part and therefore few people will see it since it will go down by the amount of notices.
