i installed the theme and and imported the demo but nothing works and my site is offline three days because of this, and now i can’t even access the admin panel of wordpress. this is the second time i installed wordpress from scratch i gave you all the access privileges why can’t u fix this

Hi guys, I’ve been playing with the demo pages because I’m interested in buying the theme. I noticed a couple of bugs and wish to know if those bugs are specific to the demo installation or if they are present in the actual theme:
1.- Cart icon isn’t showing up, check this screenshot: https://cl.ly/p3uk
2.- When I try to add products to the cart or the favorites list they wont get added, check this screen recording: https://cl.ly/p4KO
Also I have a question, is everything translatable using PO/MO files? I asume it is because the theme supports WPML but I just want to be sure.

Thanks for your quick reply but I don’t need any help since I haven’t bought the theme yet, as I explained I just want to know if those bugs are presente in the actual theme or just in the demo and if everything is translatable with PO/MO files.
Our theme doesn’t occur this issue, everything can translatable with PO/MO files
