The shop-default page does not load the price and category filters and when I try to open via elementor, it just won’t. I bought this theme and I am very disappointed.

You can create your shop index with Elementor OR by using the automatically built page via WooCommerce (Shop Index). We include both examples in the live preview demo data. If you could like a sidebar and widgets (Price/category filters), add a sidebar to the page under page options and then you can add widgets.

I have a presales question. I’m looking to create a marketplace website where my users can come in and create their own store and sell their products with future eCommerce features but for the first year, the site will only be targeted to sellers and buyers, we’re just a middleman for them. Does this theme serve this purpose?
Sorry but that is not an option within the theme. If you wanted to allow that, it would require code customizations or a third party plugin.
Hi! I just bought the theme and saw it includes a Instagram feed. Thats awesome! However… The way it displays the images is just a vertical line, I’d like it to be more of a grid arrngement, maybe with a masonry style, so that some of the pictures are dispayed in their full size, where as some others are smaller and so on.
Anything but Vertical/horizontal will do the trick for me. Could you please help?

Is it possible to included selected posts from various social media platforms on the homepage? We’d like to display user stories from our customers using our products that have been posted on social media. Thanks.
I’m not aware of a solution that would grab this from multiple sources. However there are a number of plugins on codecayon.net and wordpress.org that can add social media stories from selected sources like facebook or instagram. Any WordPress plugin that adds this functionality will work with our theme.

Yeah our theme works with the page builder Elementor. Elementor is a free page builder available on Wordpress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/
In addition, our theme includes the premium add-on Boosted Elements for Elementor: https://codecanyon.net/item/boosted-elements-wordpress-page-builder-addon-for-elementor/20225210 This Addon adds advanced functionality to Elementor like sliders, maps, pop ups and more.

Elementor PRO is an add-on just like Boosted Elements. The live preview you see for our theme is built using Elementor and the Boosted Elements Addon. You can learn more about the Boosted Elements via the link I provided previously. The Boosted Elements Addon is a $22 Addon included at no additional cost with the Onzo theme purchase.
Note: No themes come bundled with Elementor PRO as they do not offer a license for reselling. That is a completely separate product. However that add on will work with our theme if you wanted to also purchase that plugin.

We can confirm our theme does not contain any outdated WooCommerce files. We updated this theme last month actually which included updating a few template files. If you are running the latest version, you will not see any outdated template messages. Please note the files you are listing are template “overrides”, not outdated templates. WooCommerce will let you know with a banner if you have any outdated template files.

Note: You are correct, WooCommerce does not crop the product detail image by default. Don’t worry though as there are ways to adjust that.

2) We do not have a one page navigation option however this is super easy to add via a plugin like this one (There are other options as well on wordpress.org): https://wordpress.org/plugins/page-scroll-to-id/

Hello, I have a presale question, I would like to buy the theme and use a product configurator in the shop for the bikes, so customers can customize their product (frame wheels, color etc.). Do you recommend any configurator plug in to use with this theme?
You should be able to use any WooCommerce ready configurator plugin. We don’t have a recommended configurator plugin at this time but you should be able to find plenty of options at codecanyon.net .

When will the next update?
We update all of our themes a few times per year. We have a minor planned update that will come out in the next month or two. We have a changelog at the bottom of our item page which shows our updates as well as which files were updated.

Hello, is your “Theme Updates” overview correct? Latest update dates from February with only WooCommerce v3.3 support?
We have support for the latest version of WooCommerce 3.4+. The changelog date was incorrect so I fixed it. The latest update was made in June which includes support for 3.4.

Sorry but we do not have RTL support in our theme. That being said we do support WPML and other translation plugins. Just no languages that are Right-to-Left.

Nope, we do not use Visual Composer. WE find Visual Composer to be dated and lacks Tablet/Mobile controls. Instead we use the page builder Elementor along with our own add-on for advanced functionality.
