Hi There, I had seen there once that there was a menu style where I could click on the photo to enlarge the photo on a popup window but now I can’t see that menu in your theme. have you removed that? I want to have that menu style on my website. Could you please help me with this.

Hi, Just bought this and it’s nice. Few questions 1. on the main page, is it possible that when customer click the item, it will direct them to the page where they can view the item and add to cart? right now i use menu 3 and when i click on one of the item it will direct me to item information without the Add to cart option
2. is there a way to have an option to add it to the cart on the main menu? like when they see the menu there’s an option to add it instantly?

1) in the theme there are 4 menu layouts which are built with woocommerce. That means the customer can add to cart. You are using menu 3 which has not the woocommerce feature. In future, I shall add this layout with woocmmerce.
2) You can make link with a page where you added the woocommerce menu shortcode.

why does the items on Food Menu has no “Add to cart” option? only items under product have the Add to cart option? i dont get it that we can add items on the food menu but we cannot add them to card unless we duplicate them and add to product
Hello, If you use online ordering then no need to use FoodMenu Pro Plugin. FoodMenu Plugin don’t have online ordering we added 4 layouts design from FoodMenu to woocommerce Layout.
So if you want online ordering then use only Woocommerce see this 4 layouts are woocommerce https://prnt.sc/j21p5z

is there any option like when the customer proceed with the order, the restaurant owner will receive an email instead of just looking at woocomerce order tab?
and how can i change the default order status from Processing to new order? I enable to receive an email when a new order from customer comes but i dont receive any emails

I am using the theme (I purchased today) and when I change the top bar and header…it doesn’t change. It shows the ones I selected even after I save and go back into the customizer. But The header and top bar do nothing.
Same with testimonials, I try to change the star rating to 5 and it stays at 4.

You change from Theme Option make sure from page meta option it is not overwrite. Then change from page Page meta settings.

1) See FoodMenu Pro has currency setting. If you want to use woocommerce then need to set woocommerce currency.
2) Contact Page we have map you can add your location by google iframe
3) In woocommerce after click ” + ” you need to click add to cart button it is woocommerce default functionality.

We use our FoodMenu Pro plugin by using FoodMenu Pro you can generate shortcode for specific category or multi-category. If shop any WP page then you can call shortcode. If page template then you need to add shortcode in php page.

I’ve been searching for a way to increase the size of the logo on my customer’s (Red Chili Theme) website. On a computer, the logo is small but we can live with it. On a phone the logo is absolutely minuscule and unreadable. What can I do to fix this? Thanks.

Hi, Thanks for your interest. “One Click Demo import” work perfectly but sometime for server settings face some issue.
In this case we support them and import demo data for them.
For Food menu we use FoodMenuPro plugin and Slider is WP Layer Slider. I think both are easy to manage.

Hi, I purchase the Red Chili theme, I install but there are several problems.
First I can not see the home page that I have make a new page
Second: On the home page I have put a layer slider and Red Chil about. When I try to change the title and subtitle text in Red Chilli about widget it does not change. When I update the page, the Red Chilli text appears again. I try to save the widget with another name but its trouble too.
I try several times change the text and it is imposible.
I’ve deleted all the content to start over, but I still have problems. Could you please help me

I have installed the Red Chilli WP theme successfully and am working with it. There are some various plugins that came with it as well. Things like bakery builder, that do not show they are activated. Do these plugins come with the Red Chilli Theme already licensed or not? If so where are those license keys?
