Hello,

I was about to purchase this theme when i noticed in the bridal shop theme which is the one I want to use; when I am viewing it on a mobile device and click backspace it takes me to a blank screen instead of back to the home/previous page. Is this an problem i will have on mine as well if I buy this theme? I am really interested in it so please let me know.

I want to do this to the single portfolio: http://onevector.net/img/lookbook-page-single.jpg and add a magnifying feature similar to WP Image zoom. I’ve tried the plugin but for some reason that I can’t figure out it won’t work. I tried several others too. Possible?

These kind of customization we do not offer unfortunately. That feature can be achieved with a third party plugin but we can not guaranty that it will work as it hasn’t been tested with the theme. You are always opt to test this on your own for sure.

Please, try to clear all the cache or visit our support forum https://mikado.ticksy.com from a new browser. Then you should be able to submit a ticket. When it comes to logo size, please, note we implemented functions that makes logo image double smaller then original size. So, if you want to see logo in 40px of height, you should upload 80px of height for your logo image.

Hello,

I am working with the Fleur template but am struggling with the masonry page and portfolio set-ups. I have tried duplicating the pages and adding portfolio content, as well as creating entirely new pages with the same set-ups, however, my images continually present as gallery-style boxes that are all the same size with content stretched​ to fit the shape. This is different from the theme which has a variety of shapes in the masonry set-ups… Even when I add images to existing pages and size them to match those in the theme, they are not coming out in masonry style, but rather in regular gallery style. I’m not sure how to fix this. I feel like I’ve tried every setting.

Is an additional plug-in required to be able to have images present in the varied sizes shown in the theme pages?

The ticksy platform will not allow me to submit a ticket, which is why I sent a direct email and posted here. There are no matching options for this template on the drop down and when I select the “Mikado One” option (closest descriptor of this template), the message that comes up is “Sorry, that purchase code is for a different Envato product”.

Is there any way of changing the responsive break points? I’ve found that I’m getting the mobile view when the browser width is 1024 pixels wide which seems a little odd

But that seems quite strange as 1024 is standard desktop size. Why would you not have an option to not use the mobile header at such a large media size? Just doesn’t make sense to have a mobile header on display for desktop sizing.

I have raised a ticket so waiting for assistance with getting this issue resolved so the site is usable on standard screen sizes

You have probably imported demo content prior installing the Contact form 7 plugin. So if you are missing the newsletter form you may add this one to your Contact forms:

In that case, use this part of code:

I can not edit the css! it tells me I have to edit the scss file but this file is not present !!! how do i make changes to css such as magnify the logo, change the titles change colors etc etc

Hello,

CSS can be added from WordPress back end > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS field or if you are using child theme then it can be added inside child theme css file. In this way changes won’t be lost after each theme update. You just need to use proper selectors in order to override initial styling, and you can inspect css classes and selectors with Google Chrome developer tools in case that option for changing some element doesn’t exist. Mentioned demo is using image with following dimensions 1920×1075px and we generally recommend using Full HD images when you plan to use them as backgrounds for sections or for slides.

Hello, I am interested in buying your theme, it looks very good! Now I have a question about the options for a secundary menu in the topbar. The demo displayes a language menu and social media buttons. Is it possible to create a menu in WordPress which can be displayed at that location?

Social icons are inside widget area, so you can create some other menu and then you can place menu widget inside that area.

I purchase Fleur themes but installation always failed

If you are receiving some dummy error it is probably because you didn’t extracted theme forest downloaded file, because fleur.zip needs to be installed as explained in following Envato article https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510?_ga=1.12521394.74287877.1471284950

Also, it could be due to low max upload file size and we covered this already here https://mikado.ticksy.com/article/10810/edit/
