The latest update (2.1) seems to break existing theme options—they are all lost.
Also existing portfolio gallery images are also lost.
Seems like something has changed in the format of data.
To add – I even tried importing the theme options with the json file. Doesnt do anything! But to be honest loss of data on existing portfolio items is an even larger issue!

I had some problems with the theme, regarding the presentation of the posts table, in which the title, author, category information was disorganized. The lines of all posts became huge, making navigation difficult. I also had a conflict in creating and changing blog categories, where once the category was created, it was not possible to edit or delete it because the categories were not displayed in the panel. And when I tried to contact the developer, I didn’t get a return.

Hi – I am setting up a ecmmece site on behalf of my client and she has the wp-nito theme ver. 1.0.1 installed. Her previous developer sent me the updated theme which is now zk-nito version 2.0.3. Upon activating, or even select to preview theme, I can an error. How can I fix this?

I see it says “Gutenberg Optimized: Yes”. Does this mean that all Pages and Posts can be edited with Gutenberg Editor?
We have a client who likes this theme a lot, but we can only buy it, the if client can change the content with Gutenberg. Because we created other websites for this client and he is only used to the Gutenberg Editor. If we have to work with Page Builders like WP Bakery to create the pages as in preview, then this would not be an option, as it is not user friendly.

Yes, you can use default of Gutenberg to post your content ( post, pages ) but for main design as demo, we use Visual composer for builder.

First off, loving the website still but my back end has changed and I can’t create/design like I used to, last log in was months ago. I feel like I need a visual composer update but it won’t let me and if I do a full theme install I’ll lose the custom setting you guys helped me with ages ago. Whats the best approach? I got stuck trying to create a portfolio page based on this layout: http://nito.zooka.io/demo6/portfolio/a-perfect-day-in-new-york/ There’s no way to set up a page or post based on the single portfolio template as in the example I provided (same layout and More projects bellow).
I also don’t see how to use pages based as portfolio pages because pages can’t have a category attached to them like posts do.
I’d really appreciate you help.

Please, we are stuck. We don’t have the option to create portfolio pages. Besides that, the page title option doesn’t work at all. I tried different layouts but don’t get anything different from what I first see. I’d like to have the title of the page and breadcrumbs over an image on the top of the page as in the demo.

I finally made the Portfolio pages work! However, there’s still a couple of things that puzzle me:
First of all, I want to change the “Portfolio” name to “Projects”. I figured how to do it, but after I make that change, this custom posts lose their functionality where you can set all the Portfolio options. How can I keep that functionality while changing the name of these custom posts?
Then, Portfolio Categories. Once you click on the Portfolio Category assigned to any Portfolio page, then you are taken to a list of projects similar to the blog page and the categories listed in the sidebar are the ones you would find on the blog instead of Portfolio Categories as it should be.
