Is it possible for you to include a photo display with thumbnails underneath on each review page, and does the theme support both the author AND user reviews?
Yeah, you can display a photo with thumbnails using the page builder built-in to the theme.
We currently only have author reviews built-in. That being said there are a number of user comment/review plugins if you want to allow users to rate/review. We are using the default WordPress comments so any plugin that modifies them will work great with our theme.

Does this theme work with WooCommerce & some forum plugin?
We do not have any WooCommerce or support forum plugin integration as these do not pertain to the review/magazine features of the theme. That being said WooCommerce and bbPress both do not require much in terms of basic setup. You just wouldn’t have custom styling built-in for these elements.

Hello, I have found a problem with the demo version, I’m not sure if I’m the only that’s getting it – but it seems the icons are missing.

Hi, I’ve attempted to use your Item Support but the “Ratency” theme is not listed in the drop down. Whenever I click “Edit with Elementor” I go to a “404 Error Page Cannot be Found”, this is really stopping my from progressing with this sites setup. I’ve flushed the permalinks, updated Elementor fully and also deactivated/reactivated the plugin to no success.
Don’t worry that is an easy fix. You can adjust the way the page builder opens under Elementor > Settings > Advanced Tab and then change the Switch Editor Loader Method. That should work for you.
