Hi, recently installed the theme and the pluggins but soon after that I got the ERROR 500 message. The hosting provider has said that there is something wrong with the theme. Could you please tell me how to fix the problem as soon as possible.
Oh… just an update… the host updated the server to php 6 but they think that there is an issue with one of the pluggins. I installed the theme on a different hosting companies platform and had the same issue. I deleted the theme via CPanel – I still had the Error 500 and I could not access wp-admin. I then deleted all the recently installed pluggins and I was able to log into dashboard

If that 500 error comes after last activated plugin means, that plugin have this issue.

how to install complete demo data? its uploading only xml file, i installed core plugin and theme and activated them but website still looks like default wordpress with menus on the righ. Hi, I was wondering how to delete the countdown in the groppe theme. When I add an event the timer appears and the days to the event is off and it shows a buy tickets online button, that I dont want. I have been trying but i can’t find anything about that on the documentation.
Im also having troubles to translate the Events from english to norwegian, is something you can help me with?

I recommend following two settings to you :
1. Please edit your blog grid page. Inside that page you’ll see Blog shortcode. Edit that blog shortcode. Then you’ll see “Short Content”.
Mention your short content length there : https://i.imgur.com/qbcDcAF.png
2. Goto : Groppe Options > Blog > General > Excerpt Length.

Hi! The template is great. But i’m having problems trying to translate the: Meet me on (Teams), there are not upcoming events (events), in (category), and the ALL (gallery filters).... Being trying to translate using Loco translator plugin and also directly, using the child theme…Yesterday it worked using loco translator, but today i woke up and those words are back in english, i don’t know why. Nevermind!, There were 2 Spanish options in the general settings of wordpress. I changed it to the other option that says spanish, and now it’s working again. I don’t know why there are 2 options that says spanish.

Just a suggestion for any future updates to the theme – it’d be awesome if we could have the option to select a dark and light logo for each page if we’re using a transparent header – that would be separate from the sticky logo.

You can hide overlay color from : Groppe Options > Header > Title Bar (or) Banner.
Or from each page you can hide from page edit : Page Custom Options > Banner & Title Area > Overlay Color.

Just putting this out there for anyone else buying the theme – because it could help – if you want to use a transparent header – you have to set the logos on the page itself rather than have the logos selected within the theme options. (which means don’t put logos in the “transparent logos” section of the theme options) Hope that helps till the next update comes out!
