I tried to change my portfolio grid from Masonry 1 to Masonry 1 with space. But after I change it to the Masonry 1 with Space, the portfolio grid section is all white, but when I hover them I can see them that they are still there..
What seems to be the problem, please help.

You can change the photo of the page header in the page edit screen. When you edit your About Me page, scroll down to the Ivery Options at the bottom of the page. Select the Header tab, and change the Background Image.
For the portfolio masonry issue, this is a bug of the Masonry with Space layout. Thank you for reporting this issue, we will fix it in the next update of the theme.
In the meantime, you will need to use the Masonry 1 (without space) to work around this.

This theme is compatible with the latest update of WordPress and our demo site is also running on the latest update of WordPress (4.9.4), everything seems to work fine: https://wydethemes.com/ivery/
It seems like you’re using the old version of WPBakery Page Builder plugin that is not compatible with WordPress 4.9.x.
You will need to update the Ivery theme to get the new update of WPBakery Page Builder plugin. After you update the theme, you will see a notification message to install thew new update of WPBakery Page Builder plugin and other bundled plugins. If you have installed the Envato Market plugin, you can download and automatically install the new update from Appearance -> Themes. You can find more details on how to update the theme in our documentation.
Hello dear, I have a question about Portfolio Grid – 3 Columns page.(not just this one but portfolio grid pages in general).
I have created portfolio page for UX Design, Graphic Design and Front-End Development.
I want to only show UX related items on the UX porfolio grid, and Graphic Design related portfolio on the Graphic Design Portfolio grid.
I do not want the users to check other portfolios. For example. If the user is on the UX Design Portfolio Grid, I dont want them see see the the portfolio category tab that says “All” , “UX Design”, “Graphic Design” and “Front-end Development”.
How do you change these settings?

1. Add a Portfolio Grid element to the page.
2. In the Portfolio Grid Settings window, click on the button “Build query” so you will see the options to choose your custom posts.
3. Put a category name such as UX Design into the Taxonomies field so it will only show items from UX Design.
4. In “Hide Filter”, select “Yes” so it won’t show the categories tab.
5. Save changes, you will have a Portfolio Grid that only displays UX Design related items.
6. Add another Portfolio Grid element to this page or another page if you’d like, and do the same things to show items from another category.

1. The Blog tab is in the Primary Menu, you can remove it in Appearance -> Menus, choose the Primary Menu to edit the menu items.

I’m sorry but the Style 4 of Banner always displays the heading text in the right, it’s the design of this style. I would recommend you to choose Style 3 instead, so it will display the text in center, you can see the look of each style here: https://wydethemes.com/ivery/elements/banner/
However, if you’d like to change the heading text of Style 4 to center, you will need to add custom CSS below to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

Sure, it does. If you select all content types before importing you will receive all content and images including settings exactly like our demo site.
If it doesn’t work, please ensure that you have increased the PHP limits as provided in our documentation. However, the importing depends on your web host performance. If yours couldn’t import them all at once, try to import them one by one to see if it works. You can find the instructions on how to import demo content one by one in our documentation.

When you edit that page with the Backend Editor, you will see 3 Banners in the page edit screen. Hover on each Banner, and then click on an Edit icon to edit the Banner so you can change the Image in the Banner Settings window.

If you’d like to use other fonts instead of standard fonts and Google fonts in this theme, you will need to add custom fonts by using CSS to your child theme.
1. Upload your font files to “wp-content/themes/ivery-child-theme/fonts/”.
2. Add custom CSS below to style.css in your child theme:

This is a server configuration issue. Your web server has the low PHP limits so it doesn’t allow you to upload a big file.
You will need to increase the PHP limits to the minimum as we provided in our documentation.

We will add the new version of the Visual Composer in the next update of the theme that will be available to download in a couple of days.
However, this issue happens only on Firefox so in the meanwhile you will need to use Chrome instead.

I am having an issue with individual blog posts not loading. Often on desktop they require a refresh, while I can’t seem to get them to load on mobile at all. They also don’t seem to pull through the loading icon like other pages.

I have never seen this issue before. I think that this is a plugin issue. There was a PHP error on single blog post. If you have other plugins installed, try to deactivate them to see if it works. It might be a SEO plugin that’s usually included in the single blog post.

Thank You very much. I need another help. My website use portfolio to display ‘work’ module and ‘photography module’, which are two separate module. I have done so by using categories name as module name and filtered using taxonomies. Hence pages in ‘work’ will not appear in ‘photography’ and vice versa. The problem is when I use ‘next/ previous’ button on a page, it displays other module content. Is there an option to filter ‘next/ previous’ by taxonomies?

The password protected post is a built-in WordPress feature, you can edit the password protected form via your child theme.

Hi,
Ivery-bg-16.jpg is included in the PSD file named “ivery-header.psd” but was hidden by default. You will need to toggle the layer visibility to see it. Select the layer called “Group 3”, click on the eye icon next to the layer to show or hide all layers in that group.
However, the image ivery-img-01.jpg is not there, we will add it in the next update. Anyway, I just sent the new file to your email.
