Can’t install theme with agency layout, support does not reply on emails.. actually without agency option theme is useless for me
TERRIBLE SUPPORT!! I can not install the demo content. PLEASE HELP!!

One of the worst support received on Themeforest. They don’t have a track of what messages have been communicated. The demo content just fails to import while it says “success” on the setup wizard.
Waiting for 7 days to get a silly thing fixed and even after the support provided, it’s not yet done.
We fixed the problem.
After 27 days and you expect the buyer to wait for these days to make the website Go LIVE?
When I attempt to import the Demo Content it says the Forever App is missing from the server. Thus, it doesn’t fully import and I have a partially broken website. I’ve tried emailing support about this and haven’t heard back since sending the correct credentials. I really need to get this site going for a friend.

I’m having issues getting the demo content to work correctly. I’ve even had a web developer look at the theme to help me out, but she was unsure as to why it wasn’t working. I’m trying to sort this website for my mother-in-law launching her business on Sunday and I need it working correctly.
I also seem to have issues changing the colour to my own hex code, that isn’t an option apparently – (https://gyazo.com/f3b6e4bc8f39132bb2c89d741c37974d) and the same goes for the Google Fonts, none are available and there’s no option to select any – (https://gyazo.com/8e8ecc3e6ba36c9d1f9f6a1112204306).

Please check the documentation. There you can see 1Click Installation option to import dummy data.
I cant find it. Can you tell me precise where it is? in documentation I have folders css, fonts, images, js and I cant see anywhere 1Click Installation option

Bad support. No answer since 3 days. A lot of problems customizing theme. For instance.. this is a page only: http://paare.hochzeitsfotograf-uckermark.de/event-detail/ this is the same page just added slider at first postion: http://paare.hochzeitsfotograf-uckermark.de/home/ Have a look to fonts and styles in infomation-part.
The theme isn’t made for customizing. Everything is coded in templates running in background. in Visual Composer you can only use these modules, but “take it or leave it”. No custom look.
The theme looks great but its almost unusable for me because.

I don’t have any ticket ID. But i purchased a theme with issues. Useally I don’t need any customization support. But it looks like i bought a theme where visual composer is only for handling background templates. the complete look of “forever wedding” is not based on building a site using VS as layouter. All layouts are predifined and are not variable. you didn’t tell this anywhere.

it should be PHP Time Limit :-You can Set Time Limit ini_set(“max_execution_time”,300); put in wp-config.php file. WP Memory Limit : – You can Increase PHP Memory define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’ ); put in wp-config.php file. Max Upload Size : – You can Increase Upload Size ini_set( ‘upload_max_size’ , ‘512M’ ); put in wp-config.php file. Another thing.. i just checked your theme-setup.php. on demo import should be registered a primary navigation menu “foreverwedding”. This doesn’t happened.

Hi. I bought your theme. I want to congratulate him. Anyway, I need some features that do not have or I do not know how to solve:
1- I only see one menu and I need 3. 2- I have installed the “agency” version. I need a carrousel of logos of my collaborators. All OK, but I also need that the images have a link to their respective web pages and this option does not exist nor I know how to solve it. Can you help me? The test page is http://events.x10.bz/ The section “COLABORADORES”. 3- In the PORTFOLIO section, I can not see the images. Only those that I substitute for the example, but do not see the new ones.

Hi! I tried support thru the email form but never got a reply. On the eventpage it shows the map of the business set in the theme options. Allthought you can add the event address on the page it still shows the map for the business. Thank you for your reply. Very strange I never received an email about it and I used the email box to send the inquiry.. So basically you can only have ONE event? How do I remove the map then? I do not see any way to do it.

I have tried for a week or so now to get an answer from support with no luck at all. The theme does NOT display the latest three blog posts on the home page, instead it displays the very first blog post from each category. This seems like something that should be very simple to adjust. Support does not speak very good english and it is impossible to get a straight answer from them on such a simple issue or fix. I have had several issues with the code that I have had to pay outside sources to fix because of the lack of support for the theme and/or language barrier with the support staff even though I sent detailed screenshots explaining where the code and formatting was breaking on their end.

Pre-Sales Questions: 1.In the list of features it says “myriad of colors”, but does the theme give you the option to have a specific colour using a HTML colour picker or are the colours pre-defined? 2. Is there an ability to have a floating contact form with additional options? 3. With the 2 themes (agency/ couple) is it one theme or 2? Are features interchangeable between the 2. For example “our Story” used in agency. 4. Do you have a demo for the RSVP function and can it be used in the agency theme for multiple client weddings? 5. Is the height of the slider customisable? Its full screen but is there an option to make is shorter?
One last pre-sales question: I use PHP 7 is it compatible?

Hello, I have a problem with the map on “Event content section”. I’ve already entered my Google Map API Key in Theme Option, but in “Event content section” the address I enter is not displayed and the map is fixed to the coordinates 0,0.
