Please open the trx_addons.pot file in wp-content/plugins/trx_addons/languages directory on FTP in Poedit software.
Click ‘Create New Translation’ in the file and select the language you prefer (make sure the language variation is the same as selected in Settings – General in admin) http://prntscr.com/doe3l0 . With that done the .po file will be generated out of .pot one. Translate the text strings in Poedit software and save the file. As soon as you save this .po file, the .mo file will be generated automatically. Please make sure the files are called trx_addons-fr_FR.po, trx_addons-fr_FR.mo (if the language is French).
Upload these .po and .mo file to wp-content/plugins/trx_addons/languages directory on FTP.

hi, I can’t figure out how to display the author block on the blog posts. There is no option in the support forum for this theme (or I didn’t see one)... I selected the option in the customize panel that says display author, but that’s not working… would you help?

Please go to Users in admin, select the User Profile and make sure to add the biographical info and the gravatar to the author. With that done, if you go to Customizer – Content and put a tick next to ‘Author info’, the author block will display at the bottom of the blog post.

When I go to Color schemes and I try to change colors it does not let me hit Publish. I am so freaking done with this theme. waste of money. Been trying to get it to work for 2 months and I am still totally lost.

I must say this is one of all time worst themes I have ever had to edit. It is so complex, everything is extremely hard to find and I am about to give up on using this thing altogether. Approach with extreme caution. I have been editing themes for over 15 years so I know what I’m doing. But this is just a big mess of a theme. I’m going to give this 2 more days and then I’ll just give up on it fully.

How do I change the background colors of the full-screen menu? Let me tell you, Ive been editing WP themes for 10 years, this is BY FAR the hardest to get around.

So this code should work for the background color, not the font color. If it still does not work on your side, please add the !important tag to the code like this: .slider_style_modern .slider_controls_wrap { background-color: #00f !important; }

I have a problem with CSS… In source code on whole page you can find some class which is start with .vc_custom_… and the css style is written in <head>, but I can’t find it in CMS or any files. The problem is because this styles have !important comment, so I can’t use my own css. Please for your fast feedback to solve this problem (where can I find it?).
This theme has a lot of visual problems on mobile devices if you use a longer text then in demo content. This theme has to much big pictures for background, so if you have longer or shorter text, you get a mess or to much empty space.
Just in info, that I solved the problem on my way. Tnx anyway…
