I have a pre-sale question about one of your templates.
I tried to use your demo backend but it doesn’t work and the documentation doesn’t even mention it.
What I want to know is how many tabs does your support department template (http://madang.kenzap.com/support-builder/) can have, in your demo it has only four, can it have more?
What kind of problem you experienced with our demo backend?
Technically you can add more but it requires HTML and CSS structure modification so this is subject to extra customization.

Hello. I have mailed with you before, but you don’t respond anymore. My problems are the following.
1) I cannot change the order in which my products are displayed on the site by default.
2) I cannot change the language of some things like ‘Add to cart’, ‘All categories’, ‘all tags’, ‘shopping cart’, ‘checkout’, ‘order complete’. I have tried plugins, but in when I check the woocommerce and madang language sheet, it all seems translated correctly. It’s just not shown on the website.

As for translations. Try to also check madang-plugin pot files as some of the strings like “All Categories” are located there.
I guess something has gone wrong at the mailing, but I cannot find anything even in my spam folders.
Anyway, changes in “Pages > your page > products widget settings > product sorting” are not working at all. Whatever change I make, nothing gets changed on the website.
I will check the madang plugin pot file and will let you know if that succeeded!

Now when I am installing the theme on our actual domain which is “khanatime.com” It is giving below error: Your purchase code is already registered under different domain name. Please purchase new license or contact support.

Hello, I am not able to import demo contents through ‘one click import’ as I get a 500 error. I have tried everything on my server to try to get this to import but doesn’t work. I wanted to import demo data through WP Import function but there is no XML file with content in my download files. I looked for: madang.wordpress.2017-02-08.xml It is not there.
