Hey, How do I import the sliders? The media doesnt seem to upload. Can you upload the sliders somewhere or send them to me so I manually add them on Revolution Slider? Thanks.
You can import Sliders in Theme Options -> Home like you did for other content types. When you select Sliders option, you will get the sliders from that demo. Please ensure you have installed the Slider Revolution plugin before importing.
However, it will import only sliders from the demo you select. If you’d like to import the ones from other demos. You can select only Sliders option, then click on the demo to import only sliders.
Also, all sliders and media are included in the demo content. However, importing media can take several minutes to complete. If your web server has the PHP configuration limits that are set too low to complete the process, it couldn’t be able to import some images.
Please ensure that you’ve increased those limits to the minimum as provided in our documentation.
You can find more details on importing demo content in our documentation.
If it still doesn’t work, please give me your WordPress admin login details so I can take a closer look. You can send a private message in the contact form below:
https://themeforest.net/user/wyde#contactHello,
I have a question regarding the Portfolio page For example, If you go yo this link http://jplee.ca/portfolio-item/user-research-and-ideation/at the bottom of the page, there are two other porfolios are suggested .
How can I lead the user to the related porfolio
like
http://jplee.ca/portfolio-item/luminosity-mid-fi-prototype/ http://jplee.ca/portfolio-item/luminosity-2/Thank you
The portfolio posts in the left and right sides at the bottom of the page are the next and previous items. They are automatically generated by WordPress in chronological order, not related to the content of the current portfolio.
If you’d like to display the related portfolio items, you will need to enable the Related Posts option in the single portfolio edit screen. You can also disable and enable it globally in Theme Options -> Portfolio -> Portfolio Single Post -> Related Posts. So, you will see the related posts at the bottom of the portfolio page like our demo: https://wydethemes.com/ivery/portfolio-item/portfolio-9/
It displays the related posts by “Portfolio Tags”, so you will need to set the same tags to the related portfolio.
Hello,
Pre-sale question, can i make the main home demo as one page ?
Thank you
Sure, when you enable the One Page Site feature in Theme Options, the theme will automatically merge regular pages/multi pages (including the Home – Main Demo) from the Primary Menu to display on the front page as one page.
Hello dear,
my website jplee.ca is missing a favicon on the Chrome brower’s tab. How can I add it?
than kyou
A favicon is a built-in feature of WordPress, you can set it in Appearance -> Customize -> Site Identity -> Site Icon. You can find more details here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_a_Favicon
Good morning, I need a hand to understand something. I am using WPBakery Page Builder very well to set up my homepage, but I can not use it to customize my portfolio pages. I have seen that the templates can be assigned from the Wp bakery settings. I have assigned the template to “portfolio” but then when I go in the portfolio page I do not see the composer. What should I do?
Thank you
The theme is wonderful … congratulations
Go to WPBakery Page Builder Settings -> Role Manager. Choose “Custom” for the Post types, and select “wyde_portfolio”. So, you will see the Backend Editor on the portfolio edit screen.
How could 404 page be edited ?
You can edit the 404 template in your child theme. Copy the file 404.php from your Ivery theme folder “wp-content/themes/ivery/404.php” to “wp-content/themes/ivery-child-theme/404.php”, and then edit that file to change the 404 page.

Just replied to your email!
Hello Wyde Team, I purchased the theme and started by installing it. Everything works fine. The theme tells me to install the recommendet Plugins Revolution Slider and the PageBuilder. This also works fine. Now Revolution Slider can’t be updated because it tells me i need to purchase it. The FAQ tells me that if the plugin is bought with a theme this message would not appear. What did I do wrong? Thanks a lot!
Hello,
The latest compatible version of the Slider Revolution that’s included in the Ivery theme is 5.4.6.3, as you can see in the changelog: https://themeforest.net/item/ivery-creative-portfolio-cv-wordpress-theme/20365665#item-description__changelog
If you’re currently using that version, you don’t need to update it. The new update of that plugin will be added to the next update of the Ivery theme. After you update the theme, if there is a new update of the bundled plugins, you will see the notification message to install them.
You can find more details about the bundled plugins in our documentation.
thank you I will have another responsibility Where can I edit the bottom part of the page http://www.markodijital.com large part ?
That is a footer page, you can edit it in Theme Options -> Footer -> Footer Content -> Page, click on the link below to footer pages dropdown to add or edit them.
Thank you. How do I set separate footer content for each page? each page has the same footer content
It should display the same footer content on all pages. To display different footer content, you will need to hide the Footer Content on that page, and add a new row to the page to build custom footer content for that page instead.
I added a new line but how do I add that line footer content?
When you hide the Footer Content from the page, you can add a new row to the bottom of the page and add the content inside that row so it will appear as the footer content of the page.
Here’s a quick guide:
1. Edit the page that you’d like to show different footer content.
2. Add a new row to the bottom of the page, add the content to that row as your needs.
3. Scroll down to the Ivery Options, select the Footer tab and change the Footer Content to “Hide”.
I’ve already done all of what you said. but when I insert the footer content into the line that I just added, I can not find it. When I click the + sign, there is no footer content, Gallery slider, vs. vs. no footer content add

I’m sorry, my answer was not clear. I mean, you will need to build your new footer content from scratch. Add Instagram Feed, Textblock and any other content elements one by one into that row as your needs, like you did when you build the content in the page.
We also did the same things, add the content elements one by one to the footer page to build the footer content.
However, if you wouldn’t like to build your custom footer content from scratch. You can copy the whole content from the footer page and insert them to that row.
Here’s a quick guide.
1. Go to Theme Options -> Footer -> Footer Content to edit the Footer page.
2. In the footer page edit screen, switch from Backend Editor to Classic mode.
3. In the Text Editor, select the Text mode and then copy the whole code.
4. Go to Pages, to edit the page that you would like to builld custom footer content. Switch to the Classic mode, select the Text mode.
5. Add the code to the end of the lines of the existing code. And then switch back to the Backend Editor to edit the content by using WPBakery Page Builder.
Good morning! I’m looking your Ivery templete for a client, i have only one question: is possible to change colors of the page? I see that in the live preview is all gradient color from magenta to blue. Are the colors of the background changing or not? Thanks a lot
Silvia
Thank you for your interest in our theme.
Of course, you can change them all.
The content elements in this theme come with gradient background settings so you can change new colors in the element settings directly. Also for the main slider at the top of the page, you can change the gradient background when you edit them.
Hello, Home page 5 how to prevent opening new tab ?
You can change the link target in Appearance -> Menus. To show the link target option, you will need to select the Link Target in the Screen Options in the right top corner of the menu edit screen.
Thank you. How do I set separate footer content for each page?
I sent the login information from the contact form. Thank you.
I just replied directly to your email!
I solved the problem. I need to set an animation for each effect. I did it. This theme is super :))) Thank you so much.
Great job! Happy to hear that you’ve figured it out!
Hello again, I followed you instructions of the below Here’s a quick guide:
1. Edit the settings of the first column, container of the Blue banner.
2. In the Column Settings window, select the Responsive Options tab.
3. Change the “Width” of all devices to “4 columns – 1/3”.
4. Do the same things for the second and the third columns. (container of the Red and Green banners).
and in the mobile phone the red banner looks small and all of the banners are aligned to the left. What did I do wrong?
thank you.
Sorry, I don’t know why but some how at that moment, it appeared to be weird but now it looks fine!, thank you.
Happy to hear that it has been resolved
Hello again,
I have a question about the Mobile view again.
I want the three Blue, Green, Red banners to appear as same as on desktop and the mobile as well.
On a mobile, the banners are blow one another, but I want them side by side even on the mobile view with a smaller banner size.
How can I change it like that?
Thank you.
Hello,
You can change the Responsive Options of the column to make them display 3 columns on every screen size.
Here’s a quick guide:
1. Edit the settings of the first column, container of the Blue banner.
2. In the Column Settings window, select the Responsive Options tab.
3. Change the “Width” of all devices to “4 columns – 1/3”.
4. Do the same things for the second and the third columns. (container of the Red and Green banners).
First of all, hello, I bought your theme, but as you said, I can not edit texts and images using WPBakery Page Builder. I am constantly asking for 45 dollars money and I do not know whether or not I uploaded correctly on your web page as your demo page and effects and smooth scrolling does not work on your site while you are scrolling the mouse by a little more sliding the mouse stops sliding and stops working and no effects and scrolling are not working. Thank you, good works. my web page http://www.markodijital.com
I’m sorry for my bad english
It seems like you’ve figured it out. Your site is working correctly on my end. I can scroll through the whole page without any issue.
Could you check with the login information that the site does not move up and down neatly? and other settings? Thank you!
because the demo works with site effect but my site is not working, for example home demo 3-4-5
To make it scroll smoothly, you will need to enable the Smooth Scrolling feature in Theme Options -> General.
If this feature doesn’t work correctly, there may be a plugin conflict on your site. If you have other plugins installed, try to deactivate them to see if it works.
If it still doesn’t work, please give me your WordPress admin login details so I can take a better look. You can send a private message in the contact form here: https://themeforest.net/user/wyde#contact
Hello dear,
I have a question regarding the mobile view of the webpage(jplee.ca).
When it is on the mobile view, there is a hamburger menu.
1. How do you change the background of that side bar which pops up from the burger icon.
2. Whenever I click on, lets say “UI/UX Design” tab, it does not function as that is on the desktop view. On desktop view, you can hover over the tab and you can click on the Project that you want to view, but on the mobile it doesnt allow you to do it.
It seems like there is a bug, when you view jplee.ca on the mobile, click on the burger menu, then click on the UI/UX Design tab, then it should display two different categories, 1st is UI, 2nd is UX but it skips that tabs and directly leads to the UI/UX page.
How do you fix this ?
I hope you understood what I mean..
1. You can change the background of the mobile menu and side menu in Theme Options -> Navigation -> Vertical Navigation.
2. That is not a bug but is on purpose. If the top-level menu is a page, when you click on it, it will bring you to that page first. Once you’re in that page, when you click on that menu again, it will show the submenu.
If you’d like the top-level menu to display the submenu when you click on it, that means you won’t be able to access its page anymore.
To show the submenu without going to another page, you will need to add a Custom Links menu item instead of a Page. In Appearance -> Menus, add a Custom Links type, set the URL to ’#’ so it will show the submenu when you click on it, as you can see on our demo site: https://wydethemes.com/ivery/
Try our demo on your mobile, click on top-level menu such as Pages and Blog, you will see how it works.
Thank you!
Hi, I’m writing to you from Turkey. I like your design very much and I want to buy it but it will be a responsibility. I would like to set up the same in this design but when I buy the subject that I am wondering about, will the site complex be installed with visuals with effects like this, or will I have to adjust the visuals and font types one by one? So it would be better for me if it came as a ready-made theme, at least I arranged the places I see that I do not have much WordPress knowledge. I want the same site that is also installed in the demo I just want to change the writings to the design board I’m sorry for my bad english. Thank you, good work.
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our theme!
This theme comes with ready to use demo content. Once you import demo content, you will receive all pages, posts and other post types including images so your site will look exactly like our demo site.
Then, you can easily edit the pages and posts to replace the text and images with yours by using WPBakery Page Builder that’s bundled with the theme.
Hello, I’ve a question about the submenu on menu. How is possible change the size of the submenu font:
https://giuliogolinelli.eu/There is only one submenu in my site, is easy to find
Thanks for your reply. Giulio Golinelli
Hello,
Sorry for the late reply!
To change the font size of the submenu, you will need to add custom CSS below to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:
.dropdown-nav ul li.megamenu > ul > li.menu-item-has-children > a,
.dropdown-nav ul ul li > a{
font-size: 22px;
}
Hello dear,
I changed the font of the Navigation. But “Who is This Guy” tab is below the Navigation bar.
This only happens on the smaller screen. Could you please help me fix this?
Thank you
jplee.ca is the linkg
There are a couple of ways to work around this:
1. Enable the “Full Width” navigation in Theme Options -> Navigation -> Header Navigation.
2. Use short words for the top-level menu items instead of long words.
3. In your case, it needs more 80px wide to show all menu items so you can add custom CSS below to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS to fix this issue:
.center-nav #top-nav .top-menu {
padding-right: 120px;
padding-left: 120px;
}
Hello dear,
I have a issue with this page.
Portfolios on this link looks centered http://jplee.ca/ux_ui_design/But on this link
http://jplee.ca/frontend_development/The portfolios all look aligned to the left. How do you fix this alignment issue
Thank you.
The second page ( http://jplee.ca/frontend_development/ ), you’ve set the number of columns to 4, but you have only 3 portfolio items so it looks like those items are aligned to the left.
If you have only 3 items, you should set the portfolio grid to display 3 columns instead.
