I have a pre-sale question: my client want a simple photography portfolio, so on the portfolio (list) page (where all the portfolio items appears), he just want to have a thumbnail image for each portfolio item (which will be a single image for each portfolio item) with a lightbox image when we click on it (so not a redirection to the single portfolio page). Is this option available in your theme?

I want to activate the slider revolution plugin but the Item PURCHASE CODE is EMPTY in your license txt file called slider-revolution-responsive-wordpress-plugin-license. I tried to download separetly and packed, but no luck to find the activate or purchase code for the revolution slider plugin.

Same for the Visual Composer plugin!

That is normal. Bundled plugins are included with extended license which cannot be given to end users according to Envato rules. I’ve been having a new issue, when I make changes to on Elated Options > Portfolio and start making changes when saved the changes are not shown on my site. What can I do?

It could be that you have configured some options on pages which will override global ones or maybe there is some issue with caching if you are using caching plugin. Try clearing cache and disable all 3rd party plugins and also check per page options. If you continue to have this issue then please submit a ticket to our support at https://elated.ticksy.com and provide WordPress admin access in your ticket.

1) Text in home page
Is it possible to have a single sentence in header or footer area? And always shown both on desktop and mobile?
2) Secondary thumbnail
Is it possible to have a secondary thumbnail for a portfolio item on hover? Even using CSS or plugin?
3) Thumbnail height
Is it possible to adjust the height of thumbnails? In some cases on laptop, titles are partly hidden.
4) Custom arrow
Is the arrow on the right bottom of each thumbnail customizable? For example, using different custom vector/png file?

1. Yes, you can create Revolution slider with just one slide, or remove it entirely and use row with background image and just some heading text inside. Text can also be placed inside footer by placing text widget in one of footer widget areas.
2. Such an option doesn’t exist, but it is possible to hard code different image with some css code.
3. You shouldn’t have this problem when testing on actual screen sizes, since framework is adjusted to screen sizes which exist, so do not test by resizing browser window, but even with that, some adjustments can be done with some css code in order to improve this, and also you can use smaller images like white bottles in the middle.
4. Arrow can’t be changed from options but it can be changed with some css code and if you decide to use our theme you can contact our support regarding this.

We have covered demo import process in theme docs, but unfortunately we don’t have video tutorials since content is created with WPBakery page builder. We suggest you to import demo content or if you don’t want to import it on live site it is good practice to install WordPress on your local machine (localhost) and then to try different demos. In this way you can see which options we used and you can reproduce that on your live page https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/setting-up-xampp/
Also, you can contact support team by submitting a ticket at https://elated.ticksy.com so they can provide you with raw shortcodes from that page, so you can just paste it to some page on your installation from text editing mode and you will get same layout.

Hi there! I noticed you are far more active on here than on Ticksy. I was wondering if there was a solution to remedy the duplicate folder problem with revolution sliders and visual composer that does not involve FTP?

No, you have to login over FTP client and then to delete these folders manually or if your hosting plan have file manager which can be accessed trough hosting Cpanel then you can try that approach.

I actually do not have access to an FTP type situation. I’d imagine there has to be another solution otherwise this theme is useless to me.
Also is this just to resolve the problem of the initial setupor will I have to do all of my website management and updates and edits through FTP?

FTP is needed if you have problem with duplicated folders inside wp-content / plugins folder, and that is how we have interpreted your question, but if you are referring to editing pages and theme options, you don’t need FTP, and everything can be done from theme options and by using WPBakery page builder elements.

T_PAAMAYIM error means that you are using outdated PHP version probably PHP 5.3 or below. Ask your host to increase PHP version to PHP 7 since some plugins like WooCommerce and also WordPress now recommends this version https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

I would like to design it with the parallel scroll showcase, but will need 2x pages/ headings, one with photography & then a second tab for production, both using this layout, but on separate tabs/ pages. WordPress default functionality is to allow configuration of one home page from Settings > Reading. If you were referring to a home page where you will add elements from two demo pages, then that is possible. Since pages were created by using WPBakery page builder elements you will be able to combine them on just one page. In short, content from several home page layouts can be added to single page so content will go one after another.

Hi, I am interested to buy this theme for a gallery, I had a bad experience with another developer in the past via ThemeForest so need to clear out a couple of things: 1. Can we install a font? 2. 1. For the map you can navigate to Elated Options > General > scroll towards the bottom and find “Google Map API Key” field.
2. As for the shopping cart, you need to navigate to Appearance > Widgets > find appropriate Widget Area and add cart element in it.
