Hello,
We purchased your theme yesterday and we are trying to get the full demo content to work and it is not. It is missing whole sections and images. It also says that the Instagram Feed isn’t working as well even after installing it correctly. If you can help us get this theme corrected that would be great because the client wants to see how far we are with her site. I tried to plug in her logo and it shows on the backend but not the frontend.
I put in a ticket yesterday and the client is coming in today to see how far we got with her site. The ticket is PRIVATE TICKET #1560456. I installed the Elegant theme from Franco and it didn’t install correctly. It looks nothing like the sample demo. I really need help on this thing like yesterday. If you can’t help me out with this thing I’m gonna need my money back. We can’t spend $60 on a theme just for fun.

I was able to get to where I need to be for now. The one issue that is driving me crazy is that I am trying to edit the title page for the Shop. It read PRODUCT, and I need it to read PRODUCTS. Where do I have to go to make that change?

Make sure to assign right menu location. As you use header type 18 so the menu should assign to Header type 18 menu location.

Hi, I am trying to add custom Badges but they dont show up. Where do I put the PHP shortcode? I made a copy of content-product.php and put it in my child theme folder/woocommerce, then added <?php gema75_show_product_loop_new_badge (); ?> above title code on line 80 but still they dont display… any help please?

Solved… it was a plugin conflict 
Our theme still enable it. Can you try to deactivate all other plugins except VC to see if it can work?

Each page will have their own option to change the header, footer. So you should edit homepage and select header layout to Default in Layout Options box placed on the right side of page editing.

First of all, great theme! Can you help me with the following?
1. How can i control the size of the image(s) in the mega menu? I’ve used the same height and width image as your demo, but somehow my mega menu shows my image different. Maybe css?
2. The static block only shows on posts now. Id like this to show on pages too. How can i achieve this?
3. On mobile: when using left sidebar on shop pages/ product categories, it shows the sidebar first then the page content. Id like it to show page content first, then sidebar.

1. In your demo: http://hn.arrowpress.net/franco/, mega menu under “women” it shows correctly, but in the shoes demo: http://hn.arrowpress.net/franco-plus/home-shoes, under “men” the images are uneven. Im having the same issue.
2. It doesnt, ive selected the block in theme options and also tried Layout options on the pages individually, where i selected the banner block. It doenst work for smartcode nor html text. Banner block only appears on pages.
3. Can you solve this responsive issue by providing solution?
4. Major woocommerce bugs too: on single product it doesnt show “product description”, “product gallery”, “additional info”, “reviews”, “product tags”. Additionally, changing the product display style in theme options does nothing…
5. Woocommerce frontend shows english instead of local website language. Theme overrides local website website and woocommerce language?
