Hi: I would like to know if this theme is responsive. Im testing the demo in responsive version in my laptop and also in my mobile phone but I dont see any responsive design. If there is a mobile version of the design (Im interested in architecture example), how can I see it? Thx. Ana

Thanks for your response. But, I dont see well the responsive design. The point is:
When you open the link you send me in a mobile device, you can not see any menu or something at the top of the page, there is only a black area. So, there isn’t any menu, you can not navigate by the website on this design…
I would like to know, if there is some issue in the demo, something wrong or whatever…

Yes, regarding the header in mobile devices. There’s a little bug that will be resolved in the upcoming version (this week), that it is happening when the header has a dark background. It is not being applied on mobile. The menu is there, you can’t only see it because of this color issue.

Actually, the problem isn’t in the theme, it was related to some custom code we have added to the demo site. You can check that we have updated that and you should be able to see the responsive menu.
We’ll be releasing a new version soon, but with the current version, the responsive menu works great.

Thank you for writing. For Smart, we recommend having all your options for Images, CSS and JavaScript turned on in Theme Settings > Performance.
You can also speed up your site by using the following:
For page cache, we recommend W3 Total Cache (https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/), since it’s been largely tested with our themes.
Whatever it is the plugin you’re using for page cache, we recommend turning off all its file minification options for HTML, CSS and JS, and use Autoptimize instead: https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/. Hi there, a few months back I went to register the theme and with the code, going on your site and everything, it still says “License status is unknown.”

Hi Juan, my network admin checked the logs and only found support@nicethemes.com from the two e-mails I sent you. He also does not feel comfortable passing ftp information to a third party. Is there another way we can resolve this?
Ok, I’ve sent it from my personal account. Perhaps it’s just that.
Both problems can be solved if you upload the latest version of the theme (you can overwrite the old files with the new ones) via FTP. Perhaps you can download the latest version and upload it?

The error is: “Uncaught Error: No layout mode: packery at e.l._mode” within the plugin Addons for Visual Composer.

Somehow, a web designer install this template for us in a demo version, so i have the scroll bug. I know that to solve this problem i need to update the theme, so when i try this, i discovered that the theme is not registered and i dont have the purchased key. The question is, if i buy this template and put the purchased key in the wordpress menu, will be ok ? or i need to reinstall the theme and lost all the settings i ve made? Thank!

Buying a license will give you the chance to insert the license key on the WordPress dashboard and that will allow you to update directly and solve the problem. You shouldn’t be losing any setting because the files are the ones that will be changing. The body background image option is only available when using the boxed layout. If you want to use a tiled JPG for the background you can add the following CSS:

}
You can add that code and replace the http://urlofyour.com/file.jpg part with the actual URL of your JPG.
The code can be added in Appearance > Customize > Aditional CSS or via the Theme Options panel.

Hi the mobile version of the site on some pages does not stack, it thinks it’s in desktop mode and requires the annoying pinch&zoom. Only homepage and about page doing this at the moment.

Hey! We are using this theme from GPLVAULT and we really loved it. We even went ahead with migration on Live Server. Was going through the comment section and noticed you saying that the theme can be installed on only one website??
Or is it support provided for one license? which I’m ok with, my main priority is to install the theme on multiple websites because it been under GPL
What I understand from the GPL license is that a theme with it can be installed on multiple websites, and the product key can be used to activate updates for each site, GeneratePress been an example
I wanted to get this cleared because I intend on installing the theme on multiple websites and with the GPL license, have updates for all sites the theme is installed on?
Could you please confirm before I make my decision on the purchase?

1) Smart comes with its own implementation of Visual Composer, this means that we have defined our own set of elements and the different fields for each one of them. There are some that are common to the Visual Composer version you get when you have it as is. By saying this, we mean that there are several shared elements, but perhaps your site won’t look exactly as it is if you migrate. Regarding Revolution Slider, there won’t be any problem.
2) The mobile menu is toggled, unfortunately it doesn’t include the option to have a full screen menu right now.
3) Yes, you can choose to display the footer or header on a page/post basis, via custom fields.
