Hello, I have imported Start-up theme and I have a problem with adding another page to the menu. I’ve created a page, put it in the main menu but it doesn’t link to the page or to given url. Is it possible to put in menu the page linking to another page or subpage (not to the section)?
Hybrid Composer doesn’ t work. Is it general problem or mine only? I wonder when it will be solved?

I can remove a demo page item, but I can’t add any new item to the page. Hi, thank you for this great theme, however there are some bugs.
1. The biggest problem is with responsiveness. Please have a look:
a/ https://i.imgur.com/Fz9MVAm.jpg – content is cutted on the right side
b/ https://i.imgur.com/M76nQPJ.jpg – the boxes aren’t equal height and the quote box looks really bad
c/ https://i.imgur.com/UlcFfTI.jpg – quote box is broken and the middle contact box isn’t full streched
2. After importing the demo both vertical nav arrows are broken.
Could you please fix them ASAP or consider uploading update to TF, so every buyer will be grateful for sure

Delete Hybrid Composer plugin and install the new one (it’s into the /inc/ theme folder)

Hi there! I just purchased the theme and installed it. I did not see any error messages while installing or after installation completed.
After installing, I only saw a notice to install one plugin (Hybrid Composer). Is this normal? i was expecting to see a longer list of required plugins to install.
After this, I imported the Startup demo which appeared to install properly but on checking the front end, a lot of elements were missing. You can have a look at the site here: http://kakakiautos.com/

Hi, checked, the demo seem imported almost correctly, only the background images are missed, I advice you to insert the background images you want and you will see all good (some item now is hidden due is white over white)
Mind that for copyrights reasons the images are not included in the download. Thank you!

Your hosting may have some incompatibility, some of the causes can be: insufficient resources, folder permission limitation, modules not installed like the zip one. Please insert the demo.zip received by email from support@schiocco.com as from instructions of Theme options > Demo import > Problems? If still don’t work below the manual installation instructions. If still don’t work I can install it for you with also the original demo images for 20USD, the final result will be exactly like the preview.
============= MANUAL INSTALLATION
DEMO IMPORT
1) Activate the theme.
2) Go to Tools > Import > Wordpress.
3) Install the Wordpress importer and launch it.
4) Select the files demo-all-contents.xml (1-2 …

THEME SETTINGS 1) Go to Apparence > Theme options > Customizations 2) Open the file export.json with a text editor, copy all text and paste it into “Apparence > Theme options > customizations > Import settings” area and click “Import now”.
REVOLUTION SLIDER 1) Install and activate the Slider Revolution plugin. 2) Go to Slider Revolution page and click Import. 3) Select the revolution slider demos you want to use and import it.
ASSIGN THE MENU 1) Go to Apparence > Menu 2) Click on top tab “Manage locations” and assign the following menus: Header Menu: main menu, Footer menu: footer menu, Top mini menu: top menu. Note that footer and top menus can not be inserted in every demo. 3) If you not see CSS Classes field go to top right button SCREEN OPTIONS and select it 4) For icons menu you must select the icon manually 5) For fullpage menu you must reset all the links

Dear support, I am trying to deactivate the fullpage.js menu behavior on additional wordpress pages (not home page), so that it doesn’t scroll per screen but normal scroll. This works out when I use standard template instead of the fullpage template. But the menu above is not pointing towards the /home but instead tries to interpret the individual sections / containers as the destination url. How can i change the menu on subpages so that the menu items point towards the home—> sections?

Hi, I purchased your theme “Fullpage” and installed it to the /wp-content/themes/ directory. As suggested, I installed and activated the Hybrid Composer plugin. But I don’t have the Revolution Slider plugin, isn’t it joined to your template ? I tried to install the Business demo content but no image appears, as you can see on http://www.la-voirie-de-demain.fr/site-institutionnel/ But I had no error message, so I don’t know what to do to end a correct demo content installation. Can you guide me, please ?

I have installed your theme with the childtheme colors. The icon at the bottom of the screen is not showing. It is just a blank white circle. I have made some adjustments to the content and installed some plugins, but it was like this from the start. When I imported the demo content it was already wrong.
The calendar plugin is also not showing icons (next to the month). Maybe its a general theme bug/issue?

Checked, on most mobile devices the video is not showed automatically, you need to set the POSTER IMAGE, there is the dedicated option on Edit page.
About desktop, there is not any problem from my tests, after resize the windows you must reload the page.

Yes, strange, should be by default, check that the option MOBILE FULLPAGE on the box that appear when you click the bottom right button FULLPAGE OPTIONS is NOT checked

How do i create a fixed div to the corner of each fullpage section? Like in this image? https://imgur.com/a/QPM1EI’ve tried everything to get a fixed div to the left corner of each section and it’s driving me crazy. I’ve tried absolute, fixed and relative positions but somehow the theme’s default settings always manage to mess with my styling.
Without seeing the site I can not help you much but if div must be always visible on all section try to insert it into the footer
Hello, I need help with onepage template, it just desapear one page scroll. Could you help me with settings. Page was working nice, and scroll page by page (fullscreen template), and I insert some data, and now when I test, it show all content with normal scroll.

Hi, checked. On desktop I don’t see problems, on mobile I seen the logo and footer overlay, you need to adjust it via CSS. And yes, on mobile it’s converted to normal scroll due there is not enough space but you can maintain the fullpage by set the dedicated option on bottom right of Edit page. If this problem are not these let me know. Thank you!

I bought the Fullpage wordpress theme a couple of days ago and I’m getting more familiar with it.
I noticed that the preloader div is already in the header html code so how do I activate the preloader? It would be nice if there was an option in the theme options to activate the preloader and insert a custom logo.
I would like to implement a custom preloader like (https://codepen.io/austinteer/pen/xbPWbp?q=css%20preloader&order=popularity&depth=everything&show_forks=false) this with the company’s logo.
Also on the Dot type menu is it possible to display the menu item names on the left side of the dots?
And one more question: Is it possible to repeat the animations on a section every time a visitor scrolls back to that section? Thanks for your time. I hope these questions help someone else too. Your documentation is good but I couldn’t find answer to all of these questions.

To update the preloader image replace the gif at wp-content/plugins/hybrid-composer/images/assets/loader.gif Your custom preloader use the CSS and it’s more complicated but you can sure implement it if you know the CSS.
Left menu show the menu text on right, right menu on left. To change it you need to customize the template-fullpage.php file under theme folder
Animations currently are showed only first time.

Thank you very much for the fast support last time! Nevertheless I got two other issues on my site (http://explodierende-mieten.bkrapf.ch/):
1) At first loading, the content of the front page doesn’t load at the right place. It’s vertically centered, but the first time, it’s too much on the bottom, which is a problem on smaller screens like notebooks. 1) It’s not possible to play vimeo videos in full screen (section 5).
Are there easy fixes for those issues? Thank you in advance for your reply.

1. I think is due to the chart that is generated dynamically after the page load, set the HEIGHT to the container of the chart and should work
2. If you’re using the VIDEO component, remove it and use instead the CODE component with inside the Vimeo embed code.

Hi, by default it’s disabled on mobile due usually there is not enough space for the contents, you can enabled it from the bottom right options on Edit Page: Fullpage mobile
