what is the benefit of purchasing your theme and support , when you donot have time to solve my problem from last 2 days

According to Envato support license we are not legitimate to provide free customization and theme installations services but do have to solve any technical problem should they arise. Please provide as much information as possible on how you perform demo content installation and include debug.log and send it to info@kenzap.com. Providing WordPress credentials wont help us much either we need full access to your hosting.

Have you contacted your server administrators to fix PHP parameters. 90% of the time the problem is related due to shared hosting limitations.
they told me parameters are alredy set. in htaccess file i found
php_value upload_max_filesize 50M php_value post_max_size 50M php_value max_execution_time 500 php_value max_input_time 500

Demo data is not importing. No error message…it says “your demo data has been imported” however, nothing shows up. Tried manually uploading it and nothing. I have this problem too as previous customer.

I have installed theme, child theme, and all plugins but woocommerce. I am running WP 4.6.1. When i install woocommerce plugin the website wp-admin becomes unavailable. I rename/disable via FTP woocommerce plugin and I am able to access wp-admin. Please advise.

Not happy with this theme. Installed everything and loaded demo data. As soon as you make changes to the demo data on the home page the theme breaks and nothing works as expected.
By saying breaks what do you mean exactly, can you provide an error log?
As soon as i change a setting in the demo widget the whole website layout changes. The widgets arnt displaying properly. For example showing headers.
Please provide a step by step example with screenshots so we could regenerate same behavior under our environment. info@kenzap.com

Can you try it again? We can see that others users are using it successfully at the moment. There were some bugs that we fixed recently.
Still doesn’t work. It loads to 100% and then does nothing.

first at all I want to thank you for this beautiful theme, is really working for me.
I was using the “product builder grid” as my main product page, but I realised that the widget of the categories called “woo commerce Ajax prod categories” doesn’t work on this page. Reading the comment I get to understand that I should use the page Shop as my main products page, and in this case the Widget must work properly. But I don’t know hot to add the widget to the Shop page. It was very easy to add the widget on the previous page (product grid builder), it appears on the left side of the products with the categories I’ve created, but unfortunately, if I click in one of the categories, all the products disappear and I have to refresh the page to see it again.
Could you please tell me how to add the same widget on the shop page? Or how can I fix the bug in the product grid builder page?
Also if you click in one of the categories, the Title is held hidden behind the main menu bar, in every categories page and in the shop page too.

Dear Vittorio,
There are different sidebars and different Categories widgets. Make sure to add Ajax prefixed for Builder pages and non-Ajax prefixed to ordinary sidebar that shows up on ordinary woocommerce pages.
my products are showing unavailable when I create a new product or edit a demo product

This functionality is a WordPress requirement for all blog pages so the only way to remove it is to modify theme core files. The files are located under:
../template-parts/content-blog-fullwidth.php
../template-parts/content-blog-index.php

Hi, on my About Page, the main navigation bar disappears when I scroll. Scrolling all the way back up makes it reappear. But I don’t want it to ever disappear. How can I fix this?
