We bought the theme, after I installed the theme on the webserver I installed all the Plugins too. But now I have an issure with the plugin WPBakery page builder. The classic mood work but the backend editor doesnt show anything. I already deinstalled every other plugin just to check but nothing changed. I hope you can help us.

What the heck with the theme ?? I have just uploaded the theme on my wordpress and now getting this error.
Website is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500

Just tried to resolve on my own by activating debugging mode. ANd got the error in theme-common plugin. When i deactivated the plugin by changing the name. It spoiled all the demo content of the theme.
What it means ?? Cant we use demo content ? Why we are using this theme then.. Please answer my query as soon as possible

Do you offer a trial version of this template for a specific period (i.e. one month trial or so)?
The reason to ask for this is that I am trying to come up with a website related to education industry, but this is not directly related to the course based learning system, university or college. When I looked at this template I thought that there is a high possibility that this can be customized to what I want. I cannot purchase this directly since I don’t know whether this will work for me or not, hence appreciate if I can have a trial version if possible, so that I can decide after trying few customization.

How does one adjust time duration for the slides on VG Slider. The slides are switching too fast. I need to adjust the time.
Also, when I change “Posts ID” on VG News Event to 3 it displays “No content found”. Only when I set Posts ID to 1 does it show one (1) item. Of course I’m assuming that the explanation included (“You can enter one post or many posts that want. Ex: 3”) means that the number entered indicates the number of posts we wish to display.

How does one adjust the speed (timing) of the slides on VG Slider? You DON’T NEED wp-admin access for that ! It should either be part of a manual of some kind or have an intuitive interface for the end user to accomplish.Can you please provide with an answer?

1. Since Visual Composer is coming as a bonus / free with the theme, users don’t get to have their own purchase codes, but it’s not required, assuming you need it to be able to update the plugin. The option to activate a license was left open for those who already have a license.
We always make sure to include the latest version when we release theme updates, so go to Plugins > Visual composer instead, this is where you update the plugins coming with the theme.
