Just purchased this theme, very disappointed. The theme has nopt been updated in over 2 years, I get errors throughout when clicking account, affiliate etc links, does not support the latest version of Opencart, not easy to customise and the instructions are useless. Sent a support ticket but yet to hear back. I cannot wait 2 days to see if my issues can be resolved or wait for a reply as I do not have faith in this theme. Please arrange a full refund, I have now uninstalled the theme. Please look into giving me a refund.

There some kind of error in my website after installing the theme. I asked for help for 4 days and until now still trying to resolve this problem. My website is down for 4 days now and I’m losing money. Can this problem still be resolve or I ask for refund. The theme demo looks good if it works.

Hello, I go just bought this theme on today and I’m trying to use quickstart to install but nothing happen but blank page is displaying right now.
If going back to the original OpenCart version 2.3.0.2 is working well.
Notice: I’m not to be updated from the old but start from fresh installation with theme package.
Could you share some ideas about that?

Please check the error log if there is any error else please check file & folder permission in quickstart package. All folders should have 755 & files 644. If you still face the issue please send us the FTP details via email at – support@themessoft.com
