A great looking theme. In case you are providing the wordpress version, which plugins would you use to have the functionality that we can already experience in your HTML version? Like users can add new listings, search and filter, booking etc.

1. Leverage browser caching – configure the cache on your server
2. remove the code (facebook and Google Analytics) from the top of the page .
3. Use gzip for files (css and js)
